Velkast Foundry established in Sept 2013 under technical guidance of Mr. M.R.Satyanarayan who is founder of Sri Laxmi Foundry Harihar. The main focus of VKF (Velkast Foundries) is to make high quality and cost effective shell moulding castings and serve automotive and nonautomotive industries. Mr. M.R.Satyanarayan is having more than 45 years of sound knowledge in foundry business and he is instrumental in setting up this unit to support new potential customers. Mr.S. Pradeep is taking care of plant operations and commercials. Since then VKF has grown from strength to strength in the special niche of manufacturing a complete range of FOUNDRY CAST PRODUCTS. M/S VELKAST FOUNDRIES is a mechanized modern foundry which is installed keeping in mind of latest technology available to manufacture and supply Cast articles of Iron and cylinder Liners castings as per national & international standard grades. The foundry is geographically located in the beautiful industrially developed Harihar city approx. 300 km from the state capital Bangalore Karnataka state Velkast Foundry is also associated with its sister concerns namely Harihar Heads : CI cylinder heads in-direct exports. 100 tons per months have additional capacity of 50 tons per months Pradeep Enterprises : Cylinder Liner and Air cooled blocks (Machined). At this stage 150 tons per month and upon specific requirement capacity can be generated. In case of any additional capacity required these units will be used and customer demand is met. All above units are ISO certified. Besides providing comprehensive and cost conscious production services, VKF can also fulfill customer's casting requirements from concept, design, and prototype to final product.Our facility is best fitted or suitable for low and medium volume based business, Quality and delivery processes are designed to guarantee flexibility in our supply chain.
