Valve Plates, Spring plates, Cushion Plates, Damper plates, Wafer Springs, Coil Springs, Studs, nuts etc.   Keeping in mind their importance in the Valve Assembly and compressor, sophisticated and latest techniques are used in the manufacturing process of all these internal components.   Airpack manufactures Valve Plates, Spring plates, Steel Rings, Plastic Rings, Damper plates, Cushion Plates, Wafer Springs, Poppets, Coil Springs, Flat wire Coil Springs, etc. for any Make or Model of Valves.   For manufacturing plates, various materials are used as per the application requirements.   We use different Grades in stainless Steel 420, 410, 304, 301, 17-7PH, etc.   For Ported Plates and Rings different grades of ThermoPlastics PEEK 450GL30, 450CA30, Nylon66 or Nylon Stanyl46 MT is used.   For Coil Springs we use wire of Spring Steel, 304, 316, 17-7ph, Nimonic 90, etc.   Keeping in mind the importance of the component, we use the best process for manufacturing of these internals and this involves Laser Cutting, Heat Treatment, Grinding, Lapping, Deburring and Polishing adhering to the utmost quality.

Valve Assembly being a vital part of the compressor, strenuous efforts are made to perfect it in all its facets. With the experience of more than 30 years, our technocrats have made stupendous efforts for manufacturing of the perfect valves. From selection of the appropriate raw material to the final Leak Check, all quality parameters are followed for manufacturing these Valves by our skilled workmen. The final testing of a Valve is done on “SEAL CHECK”. SEAL CHECK is an Air leakage testing equipment specially designed by us for compressor Valve’s leak check for assuring a perfect working of a Valve in the compressor. Manufacturing of Valve Seats, Guards, Studs is done on CNC Turning Centers and CNC Machining Centers imported from USA, and Valve Plates, Spring Plates, Damper Plates are manufactured using Laser cutting machine and in-house heat treatment facility. AIRPACK also has capabilities for reverse engineering. For NEW Valves designs, we have support of highly skilled and experienced professionals having vast experience of designing Valves for compressors.

Packing Rings, Scrapper Rings, Rod Rings, Sealing Rings   Airpack is using the best technology for manufacturing the different type of Rod Sealing Rings to give the best performance and complete Sealing at the Rod.   The latest technology and the correct material is used to manufacture the Rod Sealing Rings. All types of Rod Rings are made on CNC machines to give accurate sizes and the correct profiles. The correct selection of material is done prior to manufacturing of the Rings and to give the long lasting performance and results in very low down time of the compressor. All materials are tested at the laboratory for material contents and to insure that the correct material and correct ratio of mixing is used on the correct applications.   Material used for manufacturing of Rod Sealing Rings: Carbon Filled PTFE, Bronze filled Ptfe, Glass Filled PTFE, Babbit, Bronze, Gun Metal, Stainless Steel, etc.

We provide a wide range of Pistons and Rods for different type of Compressors.   Pistons are made of Alloy Aluminum or Cast Iron as per the requirements and as per the application of the compressor and we can also manufacture as per the customer requirement of special materials available in the market.   Rods are made on precision machines and are Induction hardened or special coated as per the requirements for different applications.   Grinding of all Rods are done for excellent finish and also we do only Thread Rolling on the Rods to give extra strength.   Reverse Engineering can also be done for Pistons and Rods. We have laboratory for analyzing of the material and in-house drawing facility, which makes easy for us to select the correct material and manufacture.

Looking into the required Sealing, precision, tolerances and accuracies, the technique of manufacturing Rings is unique and has been practices and perfected by AIRPACK. Stringent quality checks give us the confidence that our Rings will perform perfectly with the end user.   With our highly experienced technical personnel, Material Testing Labs we select the correct material to be used for the various Rings used for the correct application.   Rings can also be manufactured as per user requirement and material selections. The material used is tested and analyzed before taking up in the manufacturing process. This insures that the correct material is used for the process.   Different grades of Teflon and in different compositions, Bronze filled PTFE, Carbon Filled PTFE, Glass filled PTFE and also we manufacture Cast Iron for manufacturing of Rings.

A gasket is a sealing device made of deformable material usually designed in the form of a ring or sheet. Gaskets create a pressure-tight seam between multiple stationary components, relying on a compression seal to prevent unwanted gas or liquid emissions.   Likewise, o-rings, though similar to gaskets, have a subtly different designation. Unlike gaskets, o-rings are made almost exclusively of synthetic rubber or plastic polymers with elastomeric properties, and are produced solely in ring form.   Gaskets and Orings are commonly produced by cutting from sheet gasket materials, such as gasket paper (beater addition), Non-asbestos, Rubber, EPDM, Nitrile, Buna, Neoprene, Flexible Graphite, Grafoil, Viton, Silicone, Metal, Mica, Felt or a plastic polymer such as PTFE, Peek, Urethane, or Ethylene Propylene (EP).
