One needs to do two coats for repainting and three coats for new surface. Applications Steps : Clear the wall with emery paper 180 Apply 1st coat of primer, keep it for drying for 3-4hrs. Apply putty to cover dents and cracks and leave it for drying for 4-6 hrs Use sand emery paper 180 and wipe clean the wall. Apply 2 – coats of UC – Int- 2 pri at an interval of 3-4 hrs.
