The next process after cutting and creasing of the sheet is slotting and corner cutting. It is simultaneously carried over this machine. Three slotting and one corner cutting die can be easily adjusted by gear rack mechanism. The upper dies move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. The platen is driven from the ball bearing mounted shaft through a pair of reduction spiral gears protected by guards.The main gear shaft and connecting arms are mounted on Phosphor Bronze bushes.The reduction gear shaft is made of hardened high quality alloy-steel. Lubricated counter- pressure elements prevent the gears from deviating under the work pressure.

The oblique high speed model offers a high rate of production and enhanced efficiency. The flute rollers mounted on the roller bearings, for smoother running and longer life, impart the proper impression on the board. Dancing rolls are provided to eliminate the effect of improper winding of paper on the finished product. The machine is provided with motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with 3 unwinding shafts. Shaftless hydraulic reel stand is recommended for this machine.
