Most of the items in Bakery are Sweet and to make sweet product of good quality it is essential to use ground sugar as against crystal sugar. This machine adds value to sugar with minimum investment. On the shelf available ground sugar is double the price than of Crystal Sugar, hence this machine is a must for any small or large bakery. The machine runs on the principal of Hammer type pulverising with facility to change mesh size as per requirement. Due to heat generated while grinding, sugar sticks to mesh and needs regular cleaning. The machine is available in options of having MS Body S.S Body and SS hammers for grinding the sugar and is fitted with standard motor with belt drive.

When the requirement is to reuse the Cap after taking out the Contents in part pilfer proof Caps (PP Caps) are used. These Caps can be used to cover the bottle again after the contents are taken in part, but cannot be sealed with the same cap again. The machine is having a roller head and a pedestal. Cap is placed on the bottle and bottle is placed on the pedestal, height is adjusted as per size of bottle. By pressing the pedestal with foot the bottle is taken up to roller and by hand or machine, rollers are pressed and rotated to make spiral matching to the grooves on the neck of bottle. Caps cannot be removed without breaking the lower portion and only upper portion of the Cap is reused to only cover and not seal the bottle. Normal Cap sizes are 28 mm, 31.5 mm, 53 mm, 65 mm. Separate dies are provided to hold different Caps. The same machine can be used for Tin Plastic Caps and for different size of Caps. For more efficiency hand operation is replaced by ½ HP Motor of Standard make.The Machine is suitable for capping on any Glass or Pet Bottles. In Metal Caps this can do threading and capping in one operation whereas in pet bottles only screw capping is done. Any size of bottle can be adjusted on the machine. Cap Size from 20 mm to 60 mm can be fitted by changing the dies.

The Machine is used for capping Jars from 20 mm to 60 mm having lugs on the bottom side of the lid. These lugs hold the jar and wad washer on the lid gets tightened on the edge of bottle to completely seal the same. This is used to pack Jam, Pickle, mayonese or any such items in glass Jars.

To Cap Jam Jars this machine is used and is suitable for different sizes of Lug Caps. Operation is simple, bottles are placed on plateform to be pressed and cap rotated in single operation. As lugs of bottle and cap get attached, it give perfect sealing on the bottle. If material inside the bottle is hot, it creates some level of vacuum to preserve the food inside. Some time Caps are punctured to open to break the vacuum while opening. Sizes of cops available are suitable for 200 gm. Jam Jar, 400 gm. This machine as above is for preparing dough for Bread making. This dough needs a hard beating for getting a smooth final product. In this, we have a beater which runs with motor and a drum which moves slowly on its axis with dual opposite movement the maida is beaten, which can further be used for preparation of Bread, Bun, Rusk, Chapati, Punjabi Kulch or any such item which does not require much oil, milk, sugar etc.

It gives a prefect sealing and bottles can be preserved for long with this method of Sealing. Once opened Crown Cork cannot be used again.
