Error Code and alarm is generated and cycle stops automatically in case any error occurs. Computer Screen displays Error and possible cause and remedy. The advanced SCADA software provided stores detailed records of Process-Data for every cycle. Reports are available in Data, Summary and Graph formats for every batch of goods sterilized. User can re-print reports as and when required, using any normal printer. Digital storage of data cuts cost, saves space, ensures safety of data and negates cost of expensive thermal printing. All Industrial ETO Sterilizers are Designed and Built as per Customer Requirements Taking Into Consideration the Following Variable all machines are available with conventional hinged doors, or Modern Automatic sliding door options. Conventional Centrally locked Manual doors Or Modern horizontal / Vertical Sliding doors Kind of ETO: CO2 Mixture (Lean / Concentrated) to be used. Detail : We provide Self-contained biological indicator to monitor EO/ETO (ethylene oxide) sterilization. It contains bacterial spores on a paper carrier packaged within a small, thermoplastic culture tube. Inside the thermoplastic culture tube is a sealed glass ampoule of specially formulated soybean casein digest culture medium containing a color indicator which turns a dramatic yellow when spores grow. The our self-contained biological indicator is easy-to-use and produces visual results within 48 hours without laboratory transfers. Simply place the biological indicator inside products or product packages to be sterilized. The inoculated package is then placed in the sterilizer and processed. Upon removal from the sterilizer, the biological indicator is activated. Using a crushing device, flex the sides of the soft plastic culture tube, break the glass ampoule allowing the medium to mix with the spores. The activated biological indicator is then placed in an appropriate incubator for 24 hours (steam) or 48 hours (ETO). If any spores survive the process, the medium will turn yellow.
