Hydraulic Control Hacksaw Machine has been designed to cut quickly & accurataly all material from nickel chroma steel to plastic, controls are simple & easy, An automatic cut out operates at the completion of the operation & the bow slide returns to the top position, the machines has attractive appearance,  The bed is of rigid casting with a wide through for collection of coolant, swan & also houses the V-belts device, bed is single piece casting The saw frame is of rigid construction & runs in prismatic guide ensuring a square & parallel cut & this cut takes place on the backward pull stroke, the blade is hydraulically lifted out of contact with work place on the forward stroke to prevent wear of the blade.The drive is given to the machine through V-pullys with provision to adjust fully the tension of the V-Belts. The shafts are fitted with taper and ball bearing which eliminate friction. Two speeds has been provided in order to make it suitable for all metals. High speed for metals like mild steel, brass, copper etc. and low speed for cast iron. Feed saw is controlled hydraulically by two levers provided at the dash-pot. One controls the rate of feed, while the other enables the bow slide to be raised or lowered and the motor gets switched off on completion of the cut.    

BRIEF SPECIFICATIONS     THE BED is of heavy dimension provided with guide way for the vice of clamp the work pice. One jaw of the vice is fixed while the other is adjusted according to the material diameter.     SAW FRAME   is of rigid construction and runs in prismatic guide insuring a squareand parallel cut. The cut takes place on draw stroke, and the blade is hydraulically lifted out of contact with forward stroke to prevent wear of the blade, and can cut all types of metal which are machinable of all strength.     FEED Two levers are provided at the dash-pot. The small lever regulates the rate of feed, while the other big one enables the slide to start cutting or to be raised the slide automatically, on completion of the cutting cycle and the motor switched off automatically.     SPEED A two speed drive mechanism are incorporated for the selection of the most suitable speed for the material being cut. Cooling the machine comes with a very reailable and efficient centrifugal pump, for quick cooling the Blade. It comes with connection pipes from water tank to stay put on the work pice. The pump is driven by a intermediate drive.     STANDARD All machines are supplied with centrifugal water pump.     ACCESSORIES Motor-pully, Motor-plate, but without ‘V’ belts Electricals.     EXTRA ACCESSORIES Angular vice simple, Angular vice with Graduation, Electric-motor and Starter, ‘V’ belts, Blade. A direct on line push-button, Starter can be incorporated which sets into motor an adjustable trip mechanism which stops the machine as soon as the blade is clear from work. The non-productive time is reduced to minimum.
