Wrap Reels   Wrap reel is an accurate and reliable instrument to get accurate length of yarn in hank form with the wrap reel. The swift is the main part of the machine, which is solid in construction and ensures the accuracy of Yarn Hang for count and strength (CSP) testing. It is used for making leas which are either imperial leas having a swift perimeter of one and half yards with 80 turns or metric leas having swift perimeters of one meter with 100 turns. Special Features :   The machine is essentially built on a steel frame with insulation panels containing mineral wool. Inside the machine, centrifugal blowers are mounted that suck surrounding air through a filter and blow into the machine chamber. This blowing is done from the bottom, underneath the heaters. In this way, the fresh air is first heated and then mixed with the circulation air. Eventually oil condenses or hydrocarbons, which develop during fixation, are removed through an exhaust fan partially and partially re-circulated air-to-air heat recovery within the chamber. The Digital Light Fastness Tester is used for determining the color fastness of textile to light using an artificial Light source - Mercury Ballast Tungsten Filament Lamp (MBTL) mounted centrally so that the light distribution is constant. The equipment is suitable for all types of textiles except photocrometic coloured textiles. A test specimen together with blue wool standards is exposed to the light from a MBTL fading lamp. The colour fastness of specimen is assessed by comparing its fastness with that of 1-8 Blue Wool standards.
