Telescopic Pneumatic Cylinder
We manufacture top notch quality single and double acting types hydraulicpneumatic cylinders. There are variety of mounting types to choose from. The stroke length is up to 6000mm in conventional types and up to 24000mm in telescopic type. Maximum working pressure from 10 kgcm2 to 250 kgcm2 with maximum bore diameter of 800mm for hydraulic cylinders. For pneumatic cylinders pressure ranging from 2 kgcm2 to 15 kgcm2. Cylinder body Made from alloy steel tubing with micro finish bore. Hydraulic Spool Valve
Mainly direction valve directs the flow (usually oil) through the system. Flow is given by hydraulic pumps to direction valve, that further distributes oil medium into the system. The route of the liquid medium i.e. oil, is decided by the position of the spool (GIF example as below). Hydraulic system can function as per the requirements by using different design of spools example, all port lock, P-T connected, A-B-T connected, P-A connected etc. Hence, end user should select the correct type of direction valve to serve studied purpose. high speed motor
The power produced by a hydraulic motor is determined by the flow and pressure drop of the motor. The displacement and pressure drop of the motor determines the torque it generates. The power output is thus directly proportional to the speed. The motors range from high speed motors of up to 10,000 rpm to low speed motors with a minimum of 0.5 rpm.The power of hydraulic motors can easily be calculated by the pressure drop and flow of motor. Also, the torque can be calculated by the displacement and pressure drop of the hydraulic motor.Note that low speed hydraulic motors are designed in such a way that large torques are generated at low speeds. High speed motors have better operational characteristics at speeds that are at least higher than 500 rpm.
