1- Steel / Iron-
We provide the project for Iron & steel production without Blast Furnace, EAF and Induction Furnace. This is an alternating rout of the iron and steel production. In this process Pig Iron is produce from the Iron ore by SAF and converts it to steel by converter. The total project cost is around 70 Cr INR for production of 150 MT/ Day. If the producer requirement is higher production rate then the project size is increase as per the requirement.

2- Ferro Alloys production in SAF Rout.
The conventional rout of Ferro Alloys production is in the Submerge Arc Furnace. The furnace capacity of rating is depend based on the electrical unit as MVA or KVA. In this process the heat source for the process continuing is electrical energy. Here the oxide ore is reduced by carbon in present in the used coke and coal.
By applying this process it can make various type of

Ferro Manganese. (High Carbon)
Ferro Chrome. (High Carbon)
Ferro Silicon Manganese. (High Carbon)
3- Low & Medium Carbon Ferro Alloys Manufacturing in ATP (Alumino Thermite Process)
This rout of production is alternate rout of production Ferro Alloys in conventional method. The justification of the product is only for the purpose of carbon less product. This process has some measure advantages such as:
a- This process need not require the external heat to continuing the process. The exothermic heat evolve from this reaction is enough for running the furnace.
b- The capital investment of the process is very less. There is no need of high quality furnace, utensil and other costly machine.
c- There is no need of coke, coal & any carbon bearing material so the CO & CO2 emission factor is negligible, due to this factor this process is produce very less amount of pollutant to the environment.
