Aluzinc Steel Coils are produced by dipping cold rolled coils in the molten Aluzinc bath. Aluzinc Ingots are made with the composition of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Si. Aluzinc has better corrosion resistance in comparison with normal galvanized Steel coils. It can be supplied in either coil / plain cut sheets or corrugated / roll formed sheet form.   We supply Aluzinc coils as per following specs. Available as per DIN/ASTM/JIS/EN and equivalent. Apart from Steel Imports and Trading we have also successfully commissioned an Induction Furnace. We have built this Factory in an Industrial belt called MURBAD located in Maharashtra State, India and were producing Mild Steel Ingots which we would sell to Re-Rollers for subsequent rolling. Our manufacturing capacity was approximately 60000 Mts per annum and we successfully operated at around 90% capacity utilization. This Factory was built using 100% Equity from Internal resources and our Company Director Mr. Narayan Saraf was Head of TREASURY for ALL INDIA INDUCTION FURNACES ASSOCIATION. Due to lack of feasibility in producing this product we have closed operations in this unit.

When hot-dip galvanized steel is painted, the duplex system provides a more sophisticated manner of corrosion protection. The galvanized coating protects the base steel by providing both cathodic and barrier protection. The paint coating acts as a barrier protection for the hot-dip galvanized coating and significantly reduces the corrosion rate of the zinc. The increased lifetime that can be provided with a combination of paint over galvanized steel makes this type of corrosion protection system very attractive for structures designed to last a long time in aggressive atmospheres.
