Selected grades of SDNR CF Expanded Vermiculite mixed with suitable binders are casted / moulded into any shape. The shaped bricks are SDNR CF conforming to IS-2042 for cold face insulation bricks.   Advantages : Its light weight has high porosity, low thermal conductivity, and nil shrinkage. Does not crumble while sawing or chipping. Transit breakages almost Nil. Does not react with gases. Resistant to both, hot and cold thermal shocks.
