Rapid drying to a very tough finish Very good resistance to moisture and chemicals good anti-corrosion characteristics Excellent adhesion to composites and aluminium Application of HR 567 Heat Resistant Spray Heat resistant paints are designed to withstand high temperatures of up to 700°C, Which makes them ideal for use on fireplaces, chimneys, pipes, engines, exhaust pipes, log-burners and many more metal / metallic items requiring heat proof treatment. Direction of HR 567 Heat Resistant Spray Remove dirt, grease, oil, loose rust and all other surface contaminants by appropriate means. Sand intact coatings to roughen the surface slightly. The surface must be clean and dry during application. Remove cover cap. Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is heard. Shake frequently during use. Hold can approx. 30 cm from surface. Use back and forth motion keeping can parallel with surface. Ensure that can is in motion when spray button is pressed to avoid runs and sags. The surface should be air-dried for one hour and then should be heated and maintained to 250 deg Celsius for one hour. If it is not possible to heat and maintain the surface to that temperature for the specified period, the painted surface should be taken in use, without touching it and it will automatically dry in Warm conditions within 3 to 4 days depending the amount of heat it receives. Then the second coat in such condition should be applied after complete drying of the first coat. The covering per litre is around 200 sq. ft. per coat depending upon the absorption by the surface. If second coat is desired, it should be applied after curing of first coat as above and bringing back the surface to room temperature and again cured as above. The technical specification is correct to the best of our knowledge and under test conditions and we do not accept any liability towards misuse and contents of it.
