Profile Controller is designed to act as a Process Controller for controlling process parameter with respect to time. With the help of extensive instruction set, user can program the profile as per process requirement. Unit supports instructions like jump, loop, loop with count apart from ramp and soak control. To operate external controls like valve or hooter etc. unit has provision of auxiliary relays.

This ampere hour meter is designed to control rectifier during battery formation process. IM2508 ampere hour profile meter is a programmable step profile type device. In the process of the battery formation, the battery has to be charged at different ampere hour capacity in steps. To list some special features of IM2508 are short circuit monitoring, starting current control and bar forming timer.

Libratherm offers field proven models of microprocessor based multiple Ramp Soak programmable PID temperature controller PRC-300 & PRC 309 which are designed to improve reliability, accuracy and control in all temperature control applications. It features Ramp and Soak functions (the capability to control the temperature and its rate of change over a predetermined time span). One to ten different patterns each of sixteen rampsoak steps can be programmed into the memory with the user friendly membrane keyboard. Separate displays are provided to monitor simultaneously the Process temperature, Set temperature and the Program number. It can also be used as single set point control when the profile control is not desired. Inputs can be either Thermocouple, IR Thermocouple or RTD Temperature Sensors, or Voltage or Current Signals.It offers both switching outputs in the form of SSR or relay to drive external load contactor and continuous control outputs in the form of (4-20)mA or (0-20)mA or (0-5)volt or (0-10)volt which can be used to control heater power through Thyristor power pack (for electrical heating system) or to control the position of a modulating motor valve (for oil or gas fired heating systems). The analog outputs can be directly connected to Libratherm make single phase three phase SCR phase angle fired power controller which is ideally suitable for both resistive and inductive heating load. Additional 2 relays are also provided for time or temperature dependent event outputs as per the system requirement. The programmed profile and other parameters are retained in the non volatile memory in the event of power failure. Two types of rampsoak programming facility is available, one by programming end set points and time between the two set points and other by directly programming the rate of heating or cooling i.t.o. oC per hour and soaking time. The Selec PR502 Profile controller are advanced, 4 digit auto-tuning controllers with up to 2 outputs which are designed for control of temperature or processes in a wide range of industrial applications. The controllers operate from a range of thermocouple or 2/3 wire PT100 (RTD) input sensors, or from a millivolt, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc or 0/4-20mA process signal.
