Dual seal design isolates races and bearings To isolate the races and bearings from line fluid, SEW use Fluoroelastomer or hydrogenated Nitrile packing, with stainless steel anti-extrusion ring, and secondary O-ring seal. Streamlined bore minimizes flow restrictions The quality of horizontal, round bore design minimizes pressure drop and turbulence.To have better flow characteristics, swivel joints have extra-long radius elbows. Leak detection port In-between the primary packing and the secondary O-ring seal, Sour gas swivel joints have a leak-detection port. There is a need for packing change if leakage passes through the primary packing, which is forced through the port. Integral Weco wing union ends SEW manufacture sour gas swivel joints which are segmented in integral Weco wing union end connections, eliminating welding and minimizing turbulence. Field repairable To smooth running and functioning the swivel joints in a routine work, greasing is required at very low frequency. If packing, bearings, snap-in races, or ball plugs should need replacing, easy-to-use field repair kits are available.

SEW is having expertisation in manufacturing the qualitative Studded Crosses & Tees, which are available in a number of sizes and having a pressure rating according to the API Product Specification.The application of crosses & Tees is to choke the manifold assembly or at a standpipe manifold assembly to divert, bypass or distribute the fluid flow. In the same, Single piece connector and the Integral end connector are easily possible to design and deliver. And according API or Customer specification, we manufacture the welded construction. Bore and Center-line to face dimension shall conform to API specification 6A.

Metalic Ring Joint Gaskets are having segmentation and available in R, RX, BX styles and patterns and oval/octagonal profiles as well. Prime Features As per the customer specifications, special metal gasket are manufacture. Combination Gaskets – Used where two flanges of different sizes are to be joined together. R type (oval and octagonal) solid sections to fit standard ring joint flanges with trapezoidal grooves. Types RX and BX with complex beveled edge sections for wellhead pressures above 700 bars. Split Gaskets – Used where an API flange is to be joined with low pressure ANSI Flange where a spiral wound gasket is used. Materials Rubber coated ring joint gaskets – soft iron metal ring joint gaskets are coated with nitrile rubber for testing wellhead Standard: Soft iron, low carbon steel, alloy steels F5 and 410; stainless steels 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 and 347. assemblies and valves. The sealing is horizontally based on O-Ring fitted between the grooves machined on the mating metal parts. SEW manufactures Flange Crosses and Tees. The order is taking care as per the design requirements and face to centerline requirements of API Spec 6A. When specific nominal sizes and combination of nominal sizes do not appear in API Spec 6 A, SEW shall manufacture Flanged Crosses and Tees according to the design criteria provided in API Spec 6A

SEW manufactures an ample range of Drilling Spools and Double Studded Adapter Flanges Adapter SpoolsAPI Spce 6A specified the overall length of 6BX Weld Neck Flanges as well as to achieve the length it provide the dimensions of specific portions of the flange, with tolerance, that are added together, along with an undefined weld bevel. According to customer requirement , SEW deliver the weld neck in stretched length. SEW manufactures Adapter Spools in a range of sizes and pressure rating. Adapter Spools have end connections that differ from one another in nominal size and /or pressure rating. Spacer Spools SEW Manufactures Spacer Spools opt for Well Head extension, B.O.P. Spacing, and Choke, Kill and Production Manifold applications. These are available in a number of sizes and pressure rating. Spacer Spools usually comprise the same nominal end connections. Its identification consists of naming each end connection and the overall length Drilling Spools SEW manufactures Drilling Spools in a wide range of sizes and pressure ratings.Drilling spools usually comprise the same nominal end/ outlet connections.As per the Customer’s requirement, products are available in  specified combination of end connections and outlet connections as well as overall height or length (OAL) and outlet extension. When specified minimum height (or length), SEW Adapter Spools, Drilling Spools and Spacer Spools have minimum overall height (or length) consistent with adequate clearance to accommodate studs, nuts, wrenches, and clamps where applicable.
