A high quality 80 mm 3 jaw self centering chuck body made from sg iron & jaws are of tool steel hardened & ground. A set of reversible jaws is supplied extra. Supplied with a mounting back plate & fixing tee nuts with screws. Designed to fit our 3 or 4" rotary table with either 3 or 4 slots & hv456 rotary tables. For hv4 5 6 rotary tables, our back plate's spigot extension is machined to mt2 shank that fits to the centre hole of the table for a perfect centre match & hence no error in its working. The back plate has been drilled in a manner that it will fit to a 3 slot or a 4 slot rotary table. The recess of the back plate is machined perfectly to fit the recess of the chuck to avoid any play. The recess of the back plate is machined to exactly fit the recess of the chuck.
