These zippers are made from technically crafted spun yarn tape. Spun yarn(as opposed to filament yarn) gives the zipper a cotton like look, and makes the zipper supple and soft. Protech textiles and trims offers a complete line of UL® tested and certified fire retardant zippers. All raw materials are tested by accredited labs. All our Suppliers are Oekotex compliant. A strict quality team to ensure different testing at all different stages of Production to eradicate any quality issue in the final stage. A dedicated Quality lab is installed in-house to ensure quality control which includes Tensile testing machines to ensure Strength Specs adherence of each Productions. Separate life testing machines allocated for each product to perform life & progressive loading tests. Protech Zippers also passes the BS 3084:2006 test that defines a passing value of 500 cycles to each zipper under defined lateral and longitudinal Stresses.
