Kalachara, PO & Vill Janai. Chanditala. Hooghly:- 712702. is progressing in
the field of Cable Tray, Pipes rolled from plate, Cable Duct, Lighting Pole,
Transmission Tower, Sub-Station Towers & all Structures of Ferrous or Non-
Ferrous metal products.
DEPL is formed by a group of professionals, having expertise in the field of
project planning and management. With the varied professional expertise the
promoter have set up a manufacturing plant as a first step towards creating a
world class manufacturing company in Eastern India.
DEPL was formed in the year 2014 and started operations in small scale with a
vision to make it a company with single window providing all kinds of services
and supplies. DEPL then started in Galvanizing Unit in 2018, to spread its
business network. We are serving our clients in all kind of geographical
locations from North to South and East to West.

In this short duration of establishment, DEPL has added Steel Fabrication &
Galvanizing Plant came in existence in the year 2018 and till date DEPL has
supplied to all the major clients across India.
DEPL is also into export of Structures to countries like North America.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
The staff & workers will be sourced from local area who will be trained
internally which give the extra exposure to the experience of the local
recruited staff and workers.
On-line inspection is carried out in from the time the Raw materials are
received and incoming material inspection is done off-line. During the
production process, at random inspections are also carried out and Final
Inspection is also undertaken off-line before dispatch.

Roads all around the plant for easy access for transportation. Plant is well
connected with GT Road.
Well equipped machine shop with press machines, hydraulic presses, drill
machines, CNC machines, etc.
Well equipped workshop for welding with TIG, MIG welding, DC
rectifiers, etc.
An environment-friendly galvanizing plant having 7m bath tub. There is
planned space for input and output material flow. Plant may run for 24
hrs. DG back up is provided for uninterrupted running of plant.
In- house maintence workshop is developed to maintain machine well.
The workshop helps for preventive as well as break down maintance and
reduce down time.
In-house facility.
Well Planned storage facility for raw as well as finished material.
The material is stacked at the racks and identified places with marking.
For handling of material, cranes, tractor, and trolleys are used. There is
separate unloading and loading section.
