Pneumatic fail safe and local operative system for direct acting and spring return actuators are available as standard models. Based on the actuators air consumption and number of cycles, reservoir capacity is selected. The control circuits are available for batching valves. Standard sizes available are 5 liters to 2000 liters. Other capacities are available on request

These are quarter turn pneumatic actuators used for quarter turn valves. Rack and Pinion type Scotch yoke type For small torque models use rack and pinion (RP)type series actuators. Scotch yoke type Scotch yoke actuators are used for large torque models. The torque characteristics are more suitable for operating ball, plug and butterfly valves as it matches the valve torque characteristics. These actuators can be fitted with following accessories. Single key drive is standard. Square and flat (double bee) can be supplied on request. Manual Overrides can be supplied as standard units or with spur gear combination units. Standard output torque ranges from 500 Nm to 4500 Nm Spur gear combination unit output torque ranges from 6000 Nm to 1,00,000 Nm

Bevel gear boxes suitable for mounting and operating rising spindle valves. These are thrust taking, maximum thrust 1000 kN. They are suitable for electric operation also. Stem covers are optional. Position indicating feature, locking device type can be provided. For large thrust and torque bevel gear boxes are provided with primary spur gear boxes to reduce the rim pull. Torque ranges available 300 to 10000 Nm. GH GH series of gear boxes are used for operation of  slurry valves. These gear boxes have provision of  inline sheet grinding feature. These are normally provided with thrust base. These gear boxes can also be used for the rising spindle valves.

Quarter turn manual valve actuator These are the valve actuators used in the operation of Ball, plug and butterfly valves. They are self locking, high torque, compact design. They can be provided with locking arrangement. They can be used for electric operation with suitable flanges. It is a manual worm gear type actuator used to operate quarter turn valves like ball, plug, butterfly valves and dampers. Series MA: Torque ranges available are 500 to 2000 Nm    Series MB: Torque ranges available are 300 to 6000 Nm    MBGT for high torque output bevel gear boxes are provided with additional spur gear boxes at input side to reduce the input effort. Torque ranges available are 5000 to 2,25,000 Nm

Cylinder actuators are provided with hydraulic manual override(WH), double acting rack and pinion type manual override  (series WR) screw type manual override (series WT) bevel type manual override (series WB) spring return actuator  can also be provided with screw type manual override or hydraulic manual override.

The fail safe position like close, open or stay put can be supplied. these cylinders are either double acting or spring return. large size valves fail safe position can be achieved by volume bottle. pressure rating 10 bar temperature rating -23 degree Celsius to 80 degree Celsius. All these cylinders are designed validated under load as per AWWA C-540 Barrels can be supplied in FRP, stainless steel and aluminum. Diaphragm actuators are also available. Automated butterfly valves are manufactured both in lugged wafer type design. Manufacturing range of butterfly valve covers standard fire safe, soft seated and metal seated, double offer and triple offset. Hydraulic and electric operated butterfly valves are available.

Pneumatic automatic ball valves with all accessories are available both in floating and trunnion mounted design from class 150 to class 600 pressure ratings. Metal seated ball valves and multiport ball valves are also available with actuators. Fire safe ball valves are available in automated version.
