VIENTO-Roof Ventilators are powered by the wind to create effective ventilation for different industries/sheds. This product works on wind assisted ventilation. . It increases the air flow and decreases the temperature of the premises without the use of electricity or any kind of fuel. VIENTO ventilators are round metal vents with fins in them. Even just a little bit of wind can be just enough for the turbo ventilator to rotate. The faster the wind, the faster the turbine will rotate and exhaust the heat, smoke, fumes, humidity, etc. How VIENTO works The mechanics involved in the air movement is very simple. The hot air inside the shed tends to rise up. When the turbines rotate using the available wind energy, they suck the warm air out through the vent, thereby, bringing out a drop in temperature in the shed and allowing supply of fresh air through doors and windows continuously.

Tunnel ventilation is gaining popularity among many sectors like animal farms,green house and factories. Tunnel ventilation gets its name because in this type of system the house/building is converted into something like a wind tunnel. Tunnel ventilation accompanied by evaporative cooling on the other end of the shed minimizes heat stress and increased the performance of the workers even during the warmest times of the year.         How it works In tunnel-ventilated houses exhaust fans are located in one end of the building and large openings are created on the other end of the building. Air is drawn through these openings and then down the house in wall-like fashion. The air entering the house can be further cooled by using evaporative cooling pads at the openings or by use of foggers/misting nozzles located throughout the house. In the powered tunnel ventilation there is uniformity of air movement resulting in increased cooling.   Product Specifications These powered tunnel ventilation fans made in complete fibre reinforced plastic (FRP), which increases the life of the fans. The propellers are available in 48”. These fans are driven by direct drive motor ensuring that the fans reach their full capacity of 46,500 CMH in shortest time. Electronic Controller Optional The operating cost of these exhaust fans can be reduced using electronic temperature controllers – EC 10 system. Depending on the temperature to be maintained in the building one can control the number of fans in operation. The temperature sensors installed at different locations in the house sense the temperature of the house. Once the temperature of the house increases than the desired temperature the EC-10 system automatically signals the fans to start operating. In case there is further increase in the temperature the more number of fans can be switched automatically through the controller and vice-versa thus saving on energy by operating only when required.
