We are offering double cone dryer, blender etc.this type of dryer is, to some extent, replacing the agitated rotary vacuum dryer. It has two opposing jacketed cones on a common jacketed short cylindrical base. When the cones are in a vertical position the dryer can be rapidly discharged. The unit is provided with supporting trunnions running on suitable bearings. The trunnions are hallowing. A vacuum connection is made through one of the trunnions. The connection pipe is turned upwards in the cone and is fitted with a dust filter as its end. Inlet and outlet pipes pass through the outer trunnion for the supply of suitable heating medium to the jacket. A special design of a rotating valve is used for this purpose. One of the trunnions is driven through a reduction gear and chain drive. rotation speed will range from 12 rpm for small units to 3 to 4 rpm for large commercial installations. the horse powers vary between 0.5 and 15 the base cylinder diameter is about 1m to 3m.

mixing vessels is a machine container that is used to blend various components together. The tank is made up of different materials such as plastic, strong rubber, glass, but the most common type of mixing tank is made up of stainless steel. we manufacture the batch mixing tanks in juice & beverage industries. the following type of blending tanks are manufactured: blending and mixing tanks are available having the volumetric capacity of 500 litres to 5,000 litres. These tanks can be single walled or with dimple jacket & with or without insulation followed by outer shell of ss 304 or ms depending upon the specific requirement. these vessels are provided with jet mixers / turbine type agitators for mixing, / high shear mixer / pedal mixer or low shear mixers with scrapper. One can have choice of having these vessels depending upon the requirement of various food processing technology. even it is possible to have these vessels with two speed agitator cum scrapper moving in opposite directions.provision can be made for two speed mixer. these vessels can also be supplied with flat / conical / dished end bottom and top with loose / fixed cover. in case of jacketed vessels the shell & bottom are provided with the dimple jacket suitable for circulation of steam / hot / cold water. the dimple jacket vessels are tested at 6 bar hence one need not use syphon for draining the liquid in the jacket. These jackets are suitable to work with on line supply of hot / cold water / steam up to a pressure of 4 bar. however in case above standard designs are not suitable for particular requirement, one can very well ask to redesign the vessels to suit individual requirement.

double cone blender (pbxdcb) is ideal for mixing of powders and homogenous lubrication of granules. Cones are manufactured out of ss 316 quality sheet. To enhance the missing, paddle blades are provided on central shaft. Drive motor is connected to a gear box on ss rigid stand. Charging height varies as per the capacities. Suitable opening for charging with ss cover and lock nuts, discharge port is fitted with mucon/butterfly valve which helps to unload powder faster. Pipe guards provided with limit switch interlocking to motor, which ensures safe operation for higher capacities. Two-thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing.

The double cone blender consists of two cone shaped sections with 45º slopes. The cone sections are welded at their wide ends to a centre band. The blender is mounted between two trunnions that permits the unit to tumble end over end. In operation, material is loaded to a fill level of 50 to 60 % of the blender’s capacity.   The blender tumbles and the material in the vessel spreads out. The transition area at the band between the cones prevents the material from sliding along the inner wall and instead causes the material to fold over itself. This provides gentle mixing with only very slight shear.   The blender is ideal for soft powders of granules that degrade by attrition. The smooth transition area in the vessel also simplifies cleaning because there are no areas to trap particles and cross-contaminate batches. Contra rotary baffles with mechanical seals at both ends can be provided for critical mixing applications.   SALIENT FEATURES  he conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge. All contact parts are made out of stainless 304 or 316 quality material, as required by customer. Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
