This is a single bag for a container, where customers can fill the material directly in to the bag. The container liners has air vent, fill spout and discharge spout facilities. There is an advantage of using this liner as we can save on handling and labour cost. The container can be tilted and discharge the material by gravitation. The entire container liner area can be cleaned using vacuum cleaner and make contamination free container liner.

Our latest extrusion line is one of its kinds in the Country, which can produce tape up to 6.5 GPD (Grams per Denier) giving us an average strength of 5,700KG in our “1000KG Safe Working Load, 5:1 Safety Factor” Bulk bag. In fact, it is very much to the advantage of the company that we are the only Bulk bag manufacturers who can produce tape with such a high strength. This state of the art plant has been specially designed and developed for us by Lohia Starlinger to manufacture Bulk bags up to 3000KG Safe Working Load or 8:1 Safety Factor.

It is the technical expertise of our company to finish the Bulk bag in such a way that we achieve maximum strength possible. The combination of fabric and the webbing is stitched in such a way that the final Bulk bag performs with the required capabilities to carry the load. We have all kinds of stitching machines such as Armstrong, Union special and Jukki to take care of various stitching requirements for side stitch seams, cross corner loops and even heavy fabric with parameter band and sift proof seams. We are one of the very few Bulk bag manufacturers who stitch the bags with both Heracle and safety stitch to give extra strength to our Bulk bags.

Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) or Bulk Bags as it is popularly known today are giant size bags in drum or box shape. These bags are made of high tenacity Polypropylene (PP) material and are UV stabilized with certain additives such as Optical brightener to give more shine to the bag and TiO2. They are produced in a range of capacities from 250KG Safe Working Load to 2500KG Safe Working Load with a Safety Factor 5:1 (Single trip) and 6:1 (Multi trip), depending on the density of the bulk material that is handled in the bag. These bags are normally tailor made to meet the specific requirements of the end users. We offer them with different sizes, strengths, fabric weight, loop designs, top and base designs, inner liner or lamination (outside/inside the bag) and various printing options. We can do a maximum up to five colour printing on our Bulk bags as per the customer’s requirement. Our FIBCs are made in different colours and we can use multi-colour webbing to give them a different and a unique look all together.  Standard FIBCs   Standard FIBCs are the bulk bags used for fulfilling the very basic requirement of the end users. They normally range from 500KG to 2000KG SWL and are manufactured with a safety factor of 5:1 (Single trip) or 6:1 (Multi trip) usage. They can be manufactured in two types of Lifting designs:

The Portabulk® Single loop FIBC is an alternative to the conventional 4 loop FIBC and is comparatively very cost effective. It can be used to handle a wide range of powdered and granulated bulk material. These are normally with 1 or 2 loops and have the low cost advantage for the end users in terms of handling, storage and transportation. Lifting Mechanism: • Single Loop Lift • Two Loop lift   Bottom Features: • Plain sewn bottom • Square bottom • Square bottom with the discharge   The end users have to their advantage of handling up to six Single loop FIBCs by a forklift as compared to normally one 4 loop FIBC. As compared to a conventional 4 loop FIBC, a Single or a two loop FIBC can be stacked up to several levels, depending on the handling equipment, storage and transport conditions. This not only enables a better utilization of space but also allows a higher storage capacity in less cost. Like the other FIBCs these single and two loop FIBCs are also suitable to be transported in rail, road and trucks.

We also export Circular or Flat Woven Fabrics to convert them to Sacks or Bags at customer's end or to use them as cover for textile packing, upholstery and carpet packing. Sacks, bags and fabrics can be supplied in any colour and are made as per the specific requirement of the customer. PP Woven Circular Fabrics are available in rolls of various sizes and other specifications as per the customer's requirements. They are put to direct uses or for conversion to BagsSacks at customer's end.We can produce these fabrics up to a maximum width of 1.25 meters tube and 2.50 meters lay flat and a minimum of 40cm tube and 80cm lay flat. Our fabric may be produced in different colours as per the choice of the customer and may be given in form of cut sheets, which may have a further option of being printed. The fabric can be laminated inside or outside, depending upon the application of the end users and can be cut with a zigzag style.

The Diaper bag can be designed in two different ways depending upon the dencity of material. Bottom full open which has skirtduffel at bottom and closed with flap. We also produce our in-house filler cord for the Sift proof seams, also known as the dust proof seams and offer the same to our clients as the accessories. This filler cord is made from polypropylene material and is 100% recyclable even when it is used in the FIBCs.

We produce a variety of spouts for the filling feature of the fibcs as per the specific need for a particular industry. These spouts are designed in various sizes to cater the specific filling requirements of our customers and the end users.

These spouts are one of the very important aspects of the fibcs since they are the ones to hold the material and bear the pressure of the bulk material inside the fibcs. It is our endeavor to produce these spouts with the fabric of required strength since any negligence at this part can cause damage to the whole bag while handling.

It is difficult to produce FIBCs that work without the right webbing since it is as essential to put the right webbing as it is to use the right fabric. One of our very popular accessories is the webbing for the FIBCs for both the Corner loop and Cross corner loop FIBC designs.
