(AISI – 410) Trim, Solid Wedge, Flanges as per BS – 15060/ANSI-B 16.5 Raised Faces are manufactured in CL – 150, CL – 300 & CL – 600. Max. Temp. For CL – 150 – (500oF, 260oC) For CL – 300 & CL – 600 (800oF, 425oC) Salient Features : Stream Lined Full Flow Area is provided in body to minimise pressure drop. Renewable 13% Cr. S.S. (Aisi-410) body Seat ring and disc have at least 50 HB difference in hardness. Bolted Self aligning two piece gland. Back-Seat provision is provided to facilitate on line replacement of gland packing under pressure when value is fully open. Ample Depth of stuffing box.
