MTS Incorporation is a leader in developing the Swivel Joints and Cementing & Circulating Hoses  and caters for all sizes from 1" to 2", for low pressure of 1000 PSI to high pressure of 20,000 PSI and meets both standard and sour service conditions of the well. For Sour Service these hoses are available at CWP of 15000 PSI. Standard lengths supplied are 6' and 12'. Swivel Joints can be supplied in various configurations from style 10 to style 80. These hoses are designed to handle  complete range of fluids. For pressure ratings beyond 10000 PSI CWP, long sweep hoses are provided. These hoses can also be supplied in half section configuration. End connections can be welded, threaded, NPS or integral to suit customers requirement.

Treating Irons - MTS one piece Treating Iron comprises an integral MTS wing union end connection which eliminates welds and threads. Available in length upto 12 feet. Material is of Carbon Steel and alloy steel and is light weight. This integral treating iron is capable of handling a variety of fluids at cold working pressure of 15000 PSI. MTS treating irons are also available for sour service upto a CWP of 10,000 PSI & in other lengths if required. Recommended Service - These are suitable for High Pressure Discharge Lines, temporary Flow Lines, Auxiliary Flow Lines, Well Testing Lines, Water Lines, Choke and Kill Lines and Abrasive Applications. Salient Benefits - Since there are no welds and threads, MTS treating Irons provide an uniform bore of greater flow capacity and improved flow characteristics. MTS design allows for uniform heat treating of the entire joint for better structural qualities. Nut can be detached for easy disassembly if replacement becomes necessary. For this only a circlip has to be removed. End Connections -   End connections can be provided for customer choices.

Available in combinations Male by Male, Male by Female to suit virtually any installation. All high pressure Test Units have been design and built to provide a safe and efficient means of hydrostatically testing blowout preventers, mud systems, Christmas trees and other items requiring high pressure static testing. A variety of maximum pressure ranges and configuration styles is available. Test units with pressure ranges of 5000, 10000, 15000, 20000 and 30000 PSI can be provided. Configuration styles include skid mounted, unit mounted, portable with wheels (in 5000 and 6000 PSI models) and self-contained with reservoir and control valve. These units can also be equipped with a chart-type recorder to provide a recorded of the test results. High pressure test unit, available with working pressure range from 5M - 30M. These units are recommended for high pressure testing of BOP stacks, choke & kill lines, Christmas trees and any type of equipment requiring high pressure static testing.    

MTS supplies  Ring Joint Gaskets in all sizes and materials to ASME B 16. 20 & API 6A.
