Rotor : Powder coated , suitably baked for corrosion resistance under water , dynamically balanced for vibration-free smooth operation. Stator : Powder coated for corrosion resistance. To protect windings, thick end laminations are provided. Windings : High dielectric PVC/Polyester insulated, water cooled asperIS:8783 (Part4/Sec.1&3) Cable Sealing Arrangement : Cable glands,rubber seal and sand guard are provided to protect the motor, from ingress of borewell water and other foreign matter. Breather Diaphragm : Optimum size to compensate the volumetric variation of water inside the motor due to change in temperature. Impellers : High quality abrasion resistant Stainless steel , dynamically balanced. Bowl : Cast Iron as per FG200 Grade of IS:210.
