These stumps and roots are removed in scientific way. The pits so formed are filled consolidated and three plants of cedar trees are planted in place of one stump in rainy season and they are protected by bush cutting fancying by this new forests has grown up.There by adds to soil conservation, Plant regeneration and a forestation otherwise nothing would have grown in that area covered by these dead stumps because it takes about 60-100 years for stumps to disintegrate.
