SK50T – Series are Horizontal Floor mounted Fresh Air handling units capable of handling the air volume from 1700 CMH to 60000 CMH and handling external static pressure of up to 1000 pa. The casing consist of 50 mm thick profile with Thermal bridge which ensures that no condensation takes place on the surface of AHU The panels are of 50 mm thick insulated with CFC free PUF with uniform density of 40 kgm3 The unit consists of following components

The thermal wheel is used to recover the energy from the exhaust air and subsequently bring down the overall cooling load. The thermal wheels are air to air rotary heat exchanger and can recover energy up to 80% without spoiling the IAQ. The heat wheel can recover both the sensible as well as latent heat thus reducing the load on the main cooling coil by around 30 % Two basic types of Wheels are available. Sensible heat recovery wheel – for sensible heat recovery only Enthalpy heat recovery wheel – for Sensible and latent recovery The thermal wheel is a revolving cylinder divided into a number of parallel flutes.

Fan Coil Unit or FCU is a device used in a building to heat or cool a specific space. It is essentially made up of a motor with a fan, a heating or cooling coil connected to the building’s central hot water and cold water system, and valve with a controller. In simple terms, Fan Coil Unit is a heat exchanger where the fan and motor brings air, which is a medium of transfer, to the copper coil. The coil is either having hotter or colder water so transfers the heat to the flowing air. Our fan coil units are now AHRI certified Standard Features of Fan Coil Unit Airflow range from 400 Cfm to 3000 Cfm. ESP range from 20 Pa ~ 250 Pa. Coil number of rows from 2 to 6 rows. A duct heater is a device used for sensible heating or re heating purposes. Both application lead to increasing temperature of passing air, Sensible heating is done for purely increasing temperature of cold air and to heat up the space. Re-heating is done to heat up sub-cooled dehumidified air so that it does not chill the space while keeping the air dry. Designed and assembled under strict quality control to withstand the severe climatic conditions in the Arabian Gulf area. The assembled capacities range from 0.25 KW to 110 KW. They are custom built to the site requirement.
