We are offering vaneaxial fans. The vb, type "b" vaneaxial fan is designed for high capacity applications requiring straight-line discharge and higher static pressures. The vb can be furnished with the reversed airflow for spray booth applications, air with corrosive contaminants, or high temperature applications. The vb, type "b" vaneaxial fan uses a one-piece cast aluminum propeller with fixed-pitch blades. No spinner is used on the propeller, which allows the use of corrosion resistant coatings and high temperature alloys. The propeller and guide vane section are designed to obtain higher static pressures and higher mechanical efficiencies than other axial flow fans. The function of the guide vane section is to improve the efficiency and the pressure characteristics by minimizing turbulence downstream from the fan and converting rotational energy at the propeller discharge into useful work.

We are offering turbo pressure blower. The hpbs turbo pressure blower is designed for applications requiring lower volumes and higher air pressures. The radial steel wheel of the hpbs is designed to handle fumes, light particulates, and temperatures up to 600°f (315°c).

Sheet Metal Air Washers are compact in design and suitable for outdoor installation without any roofshed and foundation. Enclosure is divided into two section - Wet section and Fan section. Wet section houses air filters, spray banks or cooling pads, water eliminators, water tank and spray piping. Wet section are made in SS, FRP, MS or GI construction. Fan section houses fan with motor and water re-circulation pump with motor. Fan section are mode in FRP, MS or GI construction with internal insulation.

The constructions of Centrifugal and Axial Fans is spark-proof and are supplied with approved flame proof motor. In order to make the spark-proof construction, the impeller is either made of aluminum alloy material or aluminum ring is provided to avoid metallic touch.

Each unit consists of a fan section, filter section, and motor guard. The fan section includes a direct drive panel fan constructed of heavy-gauge steel and equipped with a statically and dynamically balanced macheta® cast aluminum propeller. The aluminum propeller is suitable for medium temperature ranges and mildly corrosive atmospheres. Propellers are equipped with malleable iron split taper bushings to assure perfect alignment and positive locking of the propeller to the shaft.

Dust Collectors are available in 3 types Fabric/Bag Filter Cyclone Separator Wet Collector Fabric/Bag Filter Fabric/Bag Filters are specially used for collecting minute dust particles. It removes particulate from carrier air/gas streams by interception, impaction and diffusion mechanisms. The dust which is filtered from the air/gas streams collects on the outside of the bags. It is then removed from the bags by manual/mechanical shaking or pulse jet cleaning. The fabric filter bags are made of acrylic, polyester needle felt, polypropylene nylon, terrylene, antistatic, etc. depending upon requirement. Compact Bag Filter are also available mounted on wheels for single point dust extraction or frequently relocated dust producing operation. Cyclone Separator Cyclone Separator are normally used for the collection of the coarse dust particles or as a precleaner to more efficient dust collectors. The dusty air is introduced at the top of a cyclone through the inlet pipe located tangentially to the cylindrical portion. The gases then move downwards in a whirling motion, forming a peripheral vortex and giving rise to centrifugal forces, resulting in a throwing of the dust particles towards the walls, which then move downwards into the hopper and are removed. Wet Collector Wet Collectors are specially used for collecting minute dust particles and also for scrubbing obnoxious fumes (Medium pressure venturi scrubber). The dusty air enters the inlet chambers and then passes through the venturi section. The water level being higher than the venturi section the dusty air bubbles through waterforms tiny water droplets trapping the dust particles into agglomerates. The larger agglomerates sink whereas the smaller particles are entrained in the water droplets, which are removed while passing the baffles.

Double Skin Air Handling units with 22/24G G.I. pre coated/powder coated sheets panels with 25/50 mm thick puf insulation, High/Low static pressure blowers, Chilled water coils, Pre, Fine and HEPA filter. Fan Section is having multivane forward/backward curved centrifugal blowers. Filter Section is having easy fitting arrangement to fit HDPE Pre, Fine and HPEA filters as per requirement of the system and also provided maintenance door for filter cleaning and maintenance work. Coil Section is designed as per the size of the DX/CHW coil required for the system. Surrounding part of the coil inside the AHU is fixed with G.I. sheets. Coil tray is fabricated in S.S.304 from inside and G.I. sheet from outside with insulation.
