Ascolite Tile Adhesive is a multi-utility premix thin-bed self-curing solution that can be used for fixing and jointing tiles, marbles, stones and other materials. The material composition results in high strength and durability, giving desired adhesive which also prevents shrinkage cracks and slippage of material. We work in accordance to the Indian Standard 15477 and have therefore established and maintained a state-of-the-art in- house testing and R&D facility which is based at Surat, Gujarat. Ascolite FixoBond: A grey cement-based tile and stone adhesive suitable for application on concretecement-plastered substrates on interior and exterior wall and floor surfaces for fixing ceramic tiles (non-vitrified), marble and granite of small to medium profile. Ascolite gypsum plaster is a processed gypsum-based internal wall covering material which is produced as a result of calcinations of the raw gypsum in an automatic kettle under controlled temperature. The product is suitable for walls made of aac blocks, rcc and other types of blocksbricks. Traditionally, internal wall plastering consisted of a 2 step process of sand-cement plastering finished with pop punning. With ascolite gypsum plaster, the tedious 2 step process is simplified by directly applying a single-coat layer of our product, resulting in an efficient internal wall plastering, with a superior finish, better workability and higher coverage. Ascolite Ready Mix Plaster is a premixed cement-based solution to substitute for the traditional site mix wall plaster process. The solution consists of processed sand which is graded and distributed as per particle size and proportionately mixed, cement, and water soluble polymers which act as additives. The application method requires mixing of water before application and the mix is ready for plastering. Ascolite Ready Mix Plaster can be used for both external and internal plastering. Ascolite mortar is a semi premix high quality mortar for jointing and bonding of aac blocks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, clay bricks and fly ash bricks. Ascolite mortar semi premix consists of cement, graded sand and specialised polymers which combine to give superior strength, water retention and stability. It replaces the conventional method and material of jointing mortar which requires a 12-18 mm thickness with a revolutionary 2-3 mm joint thickness. Ascolite mortar only requires addition of water before application to prepare the product for use, reducing the hassle of measuring and maintaining various individual elements to create a conventional mortar. Standard specification code followed is astm c1660-09.
