We offer tents made of finished cotton and Poly-cotton canvas fabrics Finishes include Water & mildew resistant;  flame retardant/ water & mildew repellant; dyed and water proofed. We have highly trained sewers  in making tents Our joints on the tents are mostly grab joints making the product much stronger and reliable and leak resistant. We use high quality accessories like zip fastners, runners, mesh fabrics, Kevlar fabrics, metal accessories Velcro ,cotton webbings and sewable D rings in our tents. Spike Grommets used in our tents are lacquered and are rot resistant. We also do tents with a full underlay using tensile PVC Flex fabric. Our tents are made with double needle stitch  to give fine finish to the product.

We have developed unique expertise in making tarps. Our tarp joints are mostly grab joints making the product much stronger and reliable. We also make tarps with rope reinforcements in the hemming. Grommets used in our tarps are lacquered and are rot resistant. We also do tarps with heavy HDPE fabric reinforcements on four corners. All grommet points are made stronger by adding a support patch inside the hemming. We  do double needle stitch on tarps to give fine finish to the product. We do tarps in any size upto 40’x60’ Can offer in customized fabric, finish and color as per customers specifications

HTPL is capable to supply crease free  rolls in lengths upto 700 yards with its batching facility. Rolling facility to get Uniform edge on both sides. HTPL can supply both fringe/leno  and closed selvedge fabrics. We commonly use chest plates made of Santoprene which is a very strong, non tear able/breakable  plastic material. All our bindings have a double stitch and both stitch hold on firmly to the shell fabric thus, ensuring a long lasting life to the product. We use Poly- Propylene and  Polyester binding on our products.  The webbings that we use are firmly woven with the correct weight, thus enhancing the look and the life of the product. All our accessories are tested to meet the specs and are strong enough to withstand the strength of the animal. We manufacture Rugs, Combo, Neck Rugs, Hoods and Tail Bags. Can offer in customized pattern and styles as per customers specifications

Shell fabric :- 600D or 1200 D Polyester Ripstop Fabric. PU coated water proofed. Sturdy and clear Vinyl on windows/ doors. Heavy Duty Nylon Zippers with double runners. Double seams Seams taped from inside to prevent any leakages. We can also do Golf cart covers using Solution Dyed Acrylic fabric.

We do drop cloths in 7 oz – 10 oz cotton canvas fabric. We can screen print on the drop cloth as per customers requirement. Our drop cloths are hemmed. All joints are grab joint to ensure a stable product. All sizes are available.

We can supply  Army Ducks,Single Fill Ducks, Double fill Ducks,  Number Ducks , sheeting and flannel fabrics HTPL is capable to supply fabrics in weights ranging from 4.5 oz per yard to 26 oz per yard and in width ranging from 48” to 144”.
