Z-Bucket elevator is used for conveying of material from ground level to an elevation. The height of the Z-Bucket elevator can be adjusted according to the requirement of the process. Also the feed rate of the Z-Bucket elevator can be adjusted according to the requirement of the process. The material of construction of the buckets can be changed according to the material which is to be conveyed.

This Turbo-Sifter is a high capacity, versatile, compact and economical centrifugal sifter widely used for the continuous separation of dry moist materials, even those that tend to ball or agglomerate. It is the preferred sifter for many chemicals, foods, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, biological, animal feeds, plastics and resins and a wide variety of powders or granular materials. The totally enclosed, sanitary design of the unit keeps products pure, and the large viewing door permits inspection, cleaning and complete screen change in a matter of minutes. The Turbo-Sifter is available in single and twin models with appropriately sized motors. Units may be free standing or adapted for easy mounting on existing equipment. The choice of separating media is almost endless, covering nylon and other monofilament cloth, woven wire in selected metals and profile wire units in which the high strength wire medium also as the basket. Spiral elevators are used for conveying of material from the ground level at an elevation. The material is fed at the bottom of the elevator and it is transferred to the top because of the vibrations from the motors. The height of the elevator can be adjusted according the requirement of the process. This equipment achieves two purposes i.e. conveying as well as cooling it in the process.

HVPL Design and manufacture rectangular Vibrating screen with self-balancing SINGLE or MULTIPLE DECKS rectangular screens with dust covers producing adjustable rectilinear motion, designed for structural mounting. They are used for materials, which require precision screening as well as conveying. All contact parts of Vibrating assembly are constructed in SS 304, SS 316 or MS 2062. The Vibrating screen assembly is isolated by a set of specially designed springs. The machine is completed with specially designed vibrators suitable for continuous operation on 400/440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 cycles, A.C Power supply with adjustable top & bottom eccentric weights. The dimensions of screen are decided according to the existing setup of the plant or according to the area available at the plant for the screen. The motion of material i.e. horizontal and vertical can be adjusted according to the nature and properties of material. Also retention time of material in the screen can be adjusted. To reduce the problem of sieve choking, we also provide anti-blinding device as an optional accessory.

Vibratory conveyors require minimum maintanence unlike belt convers. Also they do not require any spare parts to replace. Also the conveying rate is much more faster than belt conveyors, thus increasing the production capacity.

Helix conveyors are used for transfer of material (i.e. dry powders like flour) from the ground level to an elevation. The material is fed into the hopper as shown in the adjacent figure and then it is transferred through the pipe from the bottom to the top with the help of a helical screw which is rotated continuosly by the motor placed at the end of the pipe.

Flow through circular screen (FTCS) sepator is used for separation of coarse particles from fine particles. This machine is used where Production capacity required is large. There are two main differences between FTCS and circular screen separator (CSS) i.e. 1) FTCS has two vibrators which helps in increasing the production rate and also gives better sieving whereas CSS has only one vibrator which is used for smaller capacity production. 2) The discharge spout for the fine particles in the FTCS is located Inline with the inlet spout and the discharge for the coarse particles is located on the side whereas in CSS the discharge spout for fines as well as coarse particles is located on the sides.

The HINDUSTAN VIBROTECH Drum Sifter is a compact, durable, portable batch sifter designed for drum filling or bag dumping operations requiring intermittent, dependable, fast separation of dry materials. Suitable for metal and fiber drums, the HINDUSTAN VIBROTECH Drum Sifter can simply be lifted from one drum and placed on another after the first drum has been filled. Any oversize material can easily be removed manually or with a vacuum. 400-mm, 600-mm and 750-mm diameter units are standard. End users have found that the Drum Sifter unit serves well for mounting on stands, blenders and mixers. For customers who often need to easily move their Drum Sifter from one operation to another, the unit can be provided with a stand and caster wheels. These Sifters are also available in sanitary designs to meet stringent requirements calling for frequent cleaning to prevent contamination between batches. In addition, dust-tight units can be manufactured to ensure cleanliness and prevent dust from escaping.

HVPL Design and manufacture Circular screen separators with SINGLE or MULTIPLE DECKS which are used for separation of coarse particles from fine particles. These machines are being used to make accurate separation of particles ranging from 30mm to 25 microns. They are available right from lab scale size upto plant scale size (i.e. ranging from 24” Diameter to 72” Diameter) and available in SS 304, SS 316 or MS IS 2062 construction. Anti-blinding devices for sieves are available and provided on demand, so as to minimize the problem of sieve choking drastically. By reducing the problem of choking, sieve does not need replacement frequently and also production rate is not hampered.

Bin Activator, the silo Discharge Aid, offer total solution to overcome all flow related problems like Bridging, Choking, Rat Holing etc. of the Dry Bulk Solids from the storage. The equipment ensures trouble free positive discharge on demand, continuous or intermittent and on First–in & First–out basis. Properly designed Bin Activator Overcome all the Flow Problems. Bin Activator discharge the stored Dry Bulk Solids at a desired output upon getting Gyratory type Vibratory Forces produced in the horizontal plane by a Vibration Motor. A Baffle Cone mounted inside the machine transmits this Gyratory force into the stored Bulk Solids by converting it into linear pulsating type vibratory forces. This is most effective and economical way to fluidize the stored solids to achieve a trouble free discharge.
