Zener Barriers are meant for Intrinsically Safe alarm annunciators only. Zener barriers are introduced  for interposing between signal contacts located in Safe Area and Instalarm Annunciators in Hazardous Area location. These are also tested and certified by CIMFR- Dhanabad & CCOE- Nagpur.

STANDARD WALLMOUNT ANNUNCIATORModel ANW-2103 is a small independent cubicle suitable for mounting on the wall, pump house, MCC or any other location where, free standing panels are not available.It can meet for additional requirement of annunciator points, arise during commissioning or expansion programme. It is a self sufficient annunciator complete with facia windows, power supply unit, push button and hooter for audible alarm. The enclosure is suitable for outdoor locations in dust and weatherproof construction. Special type of enclosure for IP-54 or IP-55 also can be supplied. All the operational sequences and supply voltages given under ANA-2103 model are available with ANW-2103 model.

It comprises of two units viz. Facia cabinet & Logic Cabinet as specified under Model ANF-2103 & ANL-2103 resp. The facia is suitable for panel flush mounting whereas Logic Cabinet is Mounted inside the panel. Interconnecting cable of 3metre length is provided with male-female Connectors. Longer cable can be supplied at extra cost.

It is basically developed for audible alarm in Hazardous Area location, being used with Intrinsically safe alarm annunciators. PH-01 hooters consist of flameproof solenoid valve with coil voltage 24V DC or 110V AC or 230V AC 50Hz. It can be mounted on wall or top of the panel.it is available for normal area application as well, with non-flameproof Solenoid valve. The audio output is about 180-200dbs at 2metre. It can be audible at 200 to 300metre distance. These are with CIMFR & CCOE certified Solenoid Valve. We can supply AFR with Pressure gauge fitted on the hooter as on integral part.

ANF-2103 model is an array of display windows in various configurations. The flush panel mounting cabinet has bezel and cutout dimensions same as that of model ANA-2103, but with 100 mm depth.Various sized windows in any non-standard dimensions and configurations can be fabricated for available panel space. This latest & never before design, developed & introduced by Instalarm comprising of 18” LCD monitor as a front end to be mounted on the panel front without any cutout. The back end unit is small, most compact logic cabinet which can be mounted anywhere inside the panel. One monitor can accommodate upto 128 annunciator windows. The monitor will display windows and push buttons for Test, Accept & Reset. The sound Accept or Silence Push Buttons is optional. The logic cabinet consists of programmable logic module, SMPS power supply module, Alarm relay, terminals for supply, signal I/P, RS-232/RS-485 communication Port etc. MODBUS protocol with communication port instead of signal terminals (for conventional pot-free contacts), is also available for soft signal I/P.   Model ANA-2104 in split architecture comprise of compact logic unit with 18” LCD coloured monitor for display. Annunciator Hardware is same for any no. of windows from 16pts. to 128pts. Window size is variable as per no. of windows to accommodate upto 128 windows. For small size windows, legends can be read by clicking on any window to pop up the same. All main ISA sequences are available. Model ISA-2 is an intrinsically safe alarm annunciator suitable for Group IIA, IIB or IIC application as per IS/IEC 60079-11:2006. This design is tested and certified by the only authorities in India viz. CIMFR-Dhandabad & CCOE-Nagpur. The Split type design comprises ofi) Intrinsically safe power supply unit suitable for SAFE AREA location andii) annunciator logic with LED display window located in Hazardous area.IS annunciators are available for input supply of 24V DC OR 90 to 270V AC/DC supply. Before installation check all sub-assemblies for transit damages if any. Install the Annunciator unit on the panel. Fix mounting clamps to secure the Annunciator unit in position. Check powerpack unit which is to be mounted separately in Safe Area. Fix the powerpack unit by means of screw and nuts. Remove the Annunciator Rear Cover and Powerpack Front Cover. Refer to external connection drawings for Annunciator & powerpack unit. Connect wire for pushbuttons to the Annunciator. Also interconnect Annunciator unit with powerpack unit as per external wiring diagram. Connect supply incoming and hooter cables to Powerpack Unit. Do not  connect any signal contact cables. Proceed further as per ‘Testing Procedure’ given under : (3)

Model EH-02 is 7 watt electronic hooter in 144mm X 144mm DIN standard dimensions. It can be supplied suitable for flush mounting or wall mounting. Beeper and other tone frequencies are available in this model. Alongwith volume control facility, tone control is also provided. It can be supplied for 24V DC, 110V / 230V AC or 110V / 220V DC supply voltages. Auto silencing facility is optional on request. The audio output is approx. 65 dbs at 2metre with 7 watts and the range is 100-120metre distance.
