These pumps use Permanent Magnetic Coupling which creates neither slippage nor induction current during rotation.These pumps are ideal for handling Toxic, Hazardous, Inflammable or Corrosive Fluids. These pumps use a pair of Magnetic Cups for transmitting the torque. The magnets are of best quality Rare Earth Neodium & Samarium Cobalt Magnets imported from Germany. The magnets can withstand the pressure upto 400 Degree Celsius. Sando Magnetic Pumps are available in Metallic as well as Non – Metallic Material of Construction.

PP PVDF are engineering plastics with excellent chemicals resistance properties. We at ‘Sando’ has developed state of the art products out of this engineering plastics and use it for chemical industries which are handling Acids and Alkalies. The use of these Pumps ultimately has saved lot of cost as exotic and special alloys are no more required to handle such liquids. Virgine PP & PVDF material is imported from Europe and injection moulded to create density and sturdiness so that it works as good as any metal.

The first Indian company which has been awarded the patent rights having unique design of PVDF lining over Polypropylene (PP) base material which has given the advantage of PVDF at the cost of PP. These valves have been replaced by costly solid PVDF valves not only in India but also worldwide. These valves have been well accepted in Europe, South East Asia and West Asia. Another feature of ‘Sando’ valves are metal insert injection moulding to avoid distortion bending of valve flanges during pipeline tightening.
