Polyplast PTFE cloth spray shields are manufactured from single and multi layered clear cloth for ease of visibility, or from a colored cloth with a leak indicating patch. Weep holes located behind the senstitive pH indicating patch allow the indicator to immediately signal a leak and will change color to red in the presence of an acid, or green if an alkali, The pH patch is also replaceable which allows reuse of the shield.Poly Plast Spray shields are UV stabilized and resistant to sun, rain and fumes and may be used indoors or outdoors. COPPERSHIELD Description Copper Shield is specialty grade VCI paper meant for Copper Products, Brass, Bronze and items containing Zinc Plating, Silver, Nickel, Chrome, Aluminum or other platings. Copper Shield protects the product due to the vapour corrosion inhibitng chemicals present within the micropores of the paper which evaporate and forma  multimolecular protective film which hinders and negates the effect of moisture and other harmful gases that may cause tarnishing or corrosion. Copper Shield is a high end product available for specialized applications to protect copper sheets, copper tubes, brass artifacts, copper coated mig wire and bead wire, electrical copper strips, engine bearings that may contain copper, tin and aluminum, engine bushes, sopper strips for electrical applications as well as other multimetal plated articles. The product is available upto 1 meter sheets and can be supplied in strips on rolls and cut sheets. The Series RHRS Radiation Shield protects outside air humidity transmitters from rain and radiated heat. With the curved shape and color of the plates, air flow is able to move across the sensor to keep radiated temperatures from rooftops and surrounding surfaces from affecting humidity readings. For ease of installation, the Series RHRS has integral pipe mounting hardware which can be removed for surface mounting applications. The brackets on the Series RHRS are specifically designed to be installed on the Dwyer Series RHP outside air humidity transmitters with sintered filters. Valves alone account for almost 10 percent of the cost of total piping system. In ancient times tree branches were used to regulate water. The Roman Empire was unmatchable in early days in controlling and storage of fresh waters. In fact, the castellum was the first water Sewerage system in the historic city of Pompeii. The distribution and regulation of water from the aqueduct through 3 outlets was done by the castellum. Egg shaped Lead Pipe was used in the transportation of water. Unfortunately, the ancient city of Pompeii was buried under the volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. The excavations have led to the finding of bronze valves which were used to pump water uphill to the castellum.   In a Modern piping system Valves alone account for almost 10 percent of the cost of total piping system. Few types of Commonly used Industrial Valves:     Ball Valves-Have spherical closure unit which allows flow of fluid when the bore is positioned in the direction of pipeline and closes when bore is perpendicular to the pipeline. Globe Valves- Are use primarily to stop, regulate or throttle the pressure of a fluid. They are linear motion valves and are commonly found in Ships. Gate Valves- Are designed to be fully opened or fully closed. They are not used for regulating pressure of a fluid. Commonly used in water and sewage systems. Butterfly Valves-The Quarter turn rotational motion valves. The Quarter turn provides complete closure or opening of the Valve. Check Valves- Mostly used in the Steam piping systems these valves allow the fluid to pass in one direction and blocking it in the reverse direction. Most of the Valves leak and spray outs with time and is very common to the industrial setting. Primary reasons being:   1. Cannot be closed due to foreign particles, dust and debris.   2. Seat or the seal of the Valve gets damaged with time.   3.
