We are offering square drive adaptors are used as a converter to permit use of sockets and driving tools of different square drive sizes. It its available in ¼" (6.35mm), 38" (9.5mm), ½" (12.7mm), ¾" (19mm), 1"(25.4mm), 1.12"(38.1mm) square drives. The torque capacity of these adaptors is limited to the torque capacity of smaller square drive.

We are offering torkleader impact square drive adaptors. Torkleader impact square drive adaptors are used as a converter to permit use of sockets with impact wrenches of different square drive sizes i. E. Higher or lower. These are available in ¼” (6.3mm), 38 (9.5mm), ½” (12.7mm), ¾” (19mm), 1” (25.4mm), 1.12” (38.1mm), and 2.12” (63.5mm) square drives of adjacent reducing increasing combinations of male and female drives. These are of two designs – square drive adaptor with two cross holes for conventional impact wrenches and square drive adapter with groove or locking ring and pin arrangements for impact wrenches with cross holes on male square drive. It may be noted that torque capacity of these adaptors is limited to torque capacity of smaller square drive sizes.

We offer manual bi-hex (12 point) sockets. These sockets are designed to be used manually, for example, with torque wrenches. They double hex broaching and a black industrial rust resistant finish. The standard range covers boltnut across flat sizes 5.5 mm to 60 mm, ¼ inches to 2.716 inches and equivalent british sizes in ¼” (6.35 mm), 38” (9.5 mm), ½” (12.7 mm), ¾” (19 mm) and 1” (25.4 mm) square drives. They are designed for extra torque to meet heavy duty industrial needs and are available in standard and deep lengths. Deep sockets can be used to accommodate long studs. The socket can be provided with a positive locking design for its attachment with the driving tools having spring loaded ball and button. This is a safety feature for the operator working in difficult areas.

We are offering heavy duty impact hex sockets. These sockets are designed to be used with pneumaticelectric impact wrenches and nut runners. They have single hex broaching for good grip on nuts & bolts to avoid tool slipping during high speed tightening operations. Its extra wall thickness together with special steel and heat treatment process helps absorb shock transmitted to sockets while in use with impact wrenches. They have conventional locking arrangement i.e. Lock button or snap ring fitted on the male square drives. They can also be provided with two cross holes and groove for locking onto the impact wrench using 'o' ring and pin arrangement. These are available in ¼" 38", ½", ¾", 1", 1.12", 2.12", 3.12" square drives to cover nut across flat sizes 6mm to 235mm and ¼" to 9.18" in standard lengths and deep lengths. These are ideal for operating with hydraulic wrenches and most suitable for use in automobile industry. All impact sockets are made from high strength alloy steel. These are heat treated for the best combination of strength and impact resistance. All impact sockets and access on fasteners having arrangement for securing them to the drive. The impact sockets are plated and black oxidized coated for manufactured with chamfered openings for ease in engagement with the drive tool and the fastener against specific requests.

We are offering heavy duty crow foot wrenches. Description and uses: torkleader crow foot wrenches as the same name suggest are shaped as a crow's foot. These wrenches are mainly used for assembling of those nuts and bolts, which are inaccessible and the movement of ordinary spanners not possible. Common uses of these spanners are in automobile and engineering case equipment manufacturing industries, although it can be used for a variety of other applications.

A suitable Hardness value in the range of 40 to 44 HRC is maintained for the Wrenches. Our Crowfoot Wrenches are manufactured as per IS Standards. Torque Values for these wrenches are in accordance with IS:6131-1980.
