There are many unique features included in the system like 3mm FBH sensitivity setting, 115% coverage, test speed of up to 15 m/min with 2 mm distance from top & bottom surface for the Strip/Coil body as well as both Edges. The system will be suitable for detecting lamination and other manufacturing defects which are oriented parallel to the surface. It will meet the requirements of ASTM – SA 435, API, SA 578, API 5L, ISO 12094, ISO 10893-9, EN 10160, SHELL, TOTAL, DNV and similar international specification. The Wall thickness monitoring can also be incorporated with the resolution up to 0.001 mm & accuracy cab be of +/-0.1 mm.
