Chemistik Micro Concrete MC-500 Free Flowing Micro Concrete is a one component prepacked factory made micro concrete suitable for repairs to all kinds of concrete structures. It is developed and so formulated can be used to reinstate large sections of concrete or recommended to be used where access is difficult or complex reinforcements do not allow the use of conventional materials or methods. It is based on Portland cement graded fillers and additives which control shrinkage and reduce water demand and facilitate quick and easy working with controlled quality.

Chemistik EP ZC-300 is a two-component, zinc rich epoxy primer which imparts cathodic protection to base metal and also prevents underfilm creeping corrosion. It has good resistance to gas cutting and welding. The primer is supplied in two packs – fine zinc dust mixed with epoxy resin as base and liquid hardener as curing agent. They are to be mixed in the ratio or as supplied.

Chemistik EP ZCH 401 is a two-component, Zinc Chromate Epoxy primer containing zinc chromate pigment. It has excellent adhesion to steel and galvanised surfaces.The surface should be free from loose particles of paints, dust, rust, grease etc. The steel surfaces should be degreased and blast cleaned. Use only where application can proceed at a temperature above 10 °C.

A two-component, red oxide epoxy primer containing red oxide pigment, Chemistik EP RO 400 has excellent adhesion to steel and other metal surfaces.It is a metal primer used in pulp, paper mills, refineries, petrochemicals and metal and engineering industries.

EP-TAR 202 is a solvent based two-component product evolved by blending of coal tar, epoxy resins with modified amine hardener and solvents.As an anti-corrosive coating material for concrete, plaster, iron and sleel, especially suitable for sewage works. For eg. coating sewage pipes, sewage treatment plants, decomposition silos etc. Furthermore, also applicable as protective corrosion inhibitor coating material in hydraulic steel construction such as inhibitor coating for sluices, harbour installations, steel sheet pilling, bridges, bridge decks, cassions. PDS-50 is a new generation eco friendly high build flexible coating specially formulated to provide superior waterproofing and anti carbonation cover to the structure. It is based on modified acrylates and copolymers with specially selected fillers pigments and additives. Its formulations is such it provides ultraviolet resistance excellent resistance to industrial gases and environmental pollution hence preventing loss of concrete alkalinity and completely waterproof thus providing long term protection to the structure.

Addition in suitable doses causes air to be incorporated in the form of minute bubbles in the concrete or mortar during mixing, usually to increase workability and resistance to freezing and thawing and disruptive action of deicing salts. A.E.A. when used in proper amounts increases the resistance of hardened concrete to freezing and thawing and normally at the same time improves the workability of fresh concrete. The entrained air makes the fresh concrete more cohesive and bleeding is also reduced.
