We started procuring Desi cow ghee from various farms in state of Gujrarat, province Saurashtra from year 2002.Initially we identified geographical zones in the region which are Non cotton tract areas, to get the best Riechert Value in our ghee. After identifying the said Zones, formal trainings were given to farmers/ gaushalas , about the procurement of desi cow milk professionally, then converting the desi cow milk into curd, then curd is churned where butter milk gets separated from butter and from that desi cow butter Ghee is made.
