Enjoy a wine tasting day out in delhi where you spend an evening discovering new varieties of quality wines from around the world. Learn how to savour the essence and texture of different wines and have a tutored tasting of six different wines with an expert sommelier. From new world wines to old world classics, use newfound skills to match different wine tastes to different meals and learn how to complement various foods. Wine lovers of any level of experience can take part on this fun-filled offering of fine wine and company. what happens on the day? introduction to wines old world wines vs new world wines grape varieties � red and white wine styles � still, sparkling, fortified & aromatized wine glass & service temperatures wine tasting � sight, smell and taste food that goes along with the wine wine label reading wine cocktails � sangria & bellini glassware cost/dates charges � rs 2000/- per person or rs 3500 for a couple other info all participants are provided with a hand out on the contents mentioned above. wines to be tasted are � 1 white, 1 rose, 1 red & 1 sparkling (all domestic)* in-case, the participants wants a imported wine to be a part of the session, we can provide it but there will be an increase on the charges. all classes will take place at the c-17, malviya nagar, new delhi.
