Spur & helical master gears are designed and produced as per customers requirement for composite double or single profile (flank) checking . Master gears are manufactured from premium materials to ensure the longest possible tool life. Certified accuracy class 4 of din 3962.

These are generally supplied with bore keyway however hobs with end drive slot & shank design can also be had on request. Special design single & multistart hobs are produced to suit specific customer's requirement for finishing, pre-shaving & pre-grinding gears with profile features like tip relief, protuberance, semi-topping etc. Certified accuracy class 'AA', A, B & C as per DIN 3968.

Shaving cutters are generally supplied with standard true involute profile however special modified profile can be offered to generate tip relief, profile & lead crowning, 'k' profile etc. As per customer's requirement.
