Filtration Suitable for commercial, residential and industrial sector, this Filtration System is suitable for residential, industrial  commercial sectors. Filtration through pressure sand filter activated carbon filter ensures complete removal of impurities both dissolved and insoluble from water. The first filter has a specific combination of media like Gravels, Pebbles, Filtration Sand to ensure proper filtration. The next filter has Activated Carbon media of higher (1200) Iodine Value which absorb colour  odour of filtered water. The Carbon beds also ensures further polishing of BOD. Water treatment removes contaminants and undesirable components, total suspended solids concentration so that the water becomes fit for its desired end-use. Softener Water softening is removal of calcium ions, magnesium ions other metal cations in hard water by replacing it with sodium ions donated by cation exchange resins like 225NA. With the contaminants, the water becomes hard and unfit for drinking and various other applications like washing and cleaning. In addition to this, the hard water causes the built up of scale in pipes, resulting in decreased flow rate. The most common method to remove hardness from water is resin based water softener. When all the available Na + ions have been replaced with calcium or magnesium ions, the resin is regenerated by using solution of sodium chloride. Our water treatment plant is installed to completely remove dissolved solids  other contaminants make it suitable for drinking & other applications.

Our Engineers/Technicians visit the site within a couple of hours of the assistance call. We recommend our O & M Service which is unmatched in the industry. We offer complete O & M Service at very competitive prices. DWTPL offer Integrated Facility Management O & M Services for STP, WTP, Softener, RO Plants, Pumping Systems, Fire Hydrant Systems & Swimming Pool Filtration System. A truly One-Stop-Shop approach to avoid deployment of multiple agencies. Benifits of using STP: The Sewage Treatment System being proposed by us is SMBR Based technology. Suspended Media Bio Reactor (SMBR) is emerging as a clear choice for STP’s all across the sector for various reasons like: Less Area Requirement. No Sludge Recycle, monitoring of F/M ratio etc. hence easy to operate. Minimal moving parts thus lesser maintenance requirement. Flexibility to correct the performance by just adding the media in a reactor or increasing the Air quantity. No more costly replacements SMBR Initially, the effluent is passed through the Bar screen, oil & grease trap and an equalization tank. Oxygen is made available with the help of air grid or diffusers. As the name suggests this process has suspended media which is available. The significance of the media is to assist growth during the treatment and also to ensure that the concentration of the required MLSS is maintained. Following the solid – liquid separation, the liquid then enters the settling chamber. In this chamber, the suspended solids accumulate at the bottom of the tank which is then eliminated into the sludge holding tank with the help of sludge pumps. Finally, the raw liquid flows through two filters. A filter having a specific combination of media like gravel, Pebbles, and filtration sand to ensure filtration. Followed by Activated Carbon media which acts as the second filter so as to reduce BOD. Chlorine dosing is done at the outlet of the carbon filter.

  • Reverse Osmosis Plants

    Reverse Osmosis Plants

Reverse osmosis is a high-pressure energy efficient water separation process. It is a method of extracting essentially pure and fresh water from polluted or salt water by forcing the water under pressure against a semipermeable membrane, which passes the pure water molecules, but filters out salts and other dissolved impurities. In the DWTPL RO System, the water is treated at the molecular level by the reverse osmosis process thus ensuring the removal of all impurities such as excessive salts, micro-organisms, and other products left behind by disinfection products and chemical toxins. This principle is also used in our Desalination Plants for extracting pure and fresh water from sea water. RO System Reverse osmosis is a high-pressure energy efficient water separation process. It is a method of extracting essentially pure and fresh water from polluted or salt water by forcing the water under pressure against a semi-permeable membrane, which passes the pure water molecules, but filters out salts and other dissolved impurities. FEATURES – The DWTPL R. O. System is a viable economic alternative as compared to other conventional distillation processes due to the multiple benefits it offers. Requires less than 50 % of energy as against Thermal Plants. Operates at Ambient Temperature. Uses non-corrosive Polymer Materials. Compact sized, requiring a very small place for installation. Quick start-up and shut down. Easy to operate with minimal operator training. Any layman can be trained to operate the plant within few days. Only one person is enough to operate the plant. Operating cost is negligible. The ready availability of spares at low cost. Desalination Reverse osmosis is an increasingly common method of desalination, because of its relatively low energy consumption. Reverse osmosis is most commonly known for its use in drinking water purification from seawater, removing the salt and other effluent materials from the water molecules. Pretreatment High pressure pump Membrane assembly Energy recovery Remineralisation and pH adjustment Disinfection Sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination, a membrane process The typical single-pass sea water reverse osmosis system consists of: Intake Pretreatment High pressure pump (if not combined with energy recovery) Membrane assembly Energy recovery (if used) Remineralisation and pH adjustment Disinfection Alarm/control panel

    Effluent Treatment Plant

    Request for Price

The Effluent Treatment Plant is designed to treat the effluent i.e. waste water recycling coming from different areas of the plant. Water is one of the most important components used in all type of industry. It may be used for washing, cooling, heat exchanging, condensing the steam etc, But water used in industry is not totally consumed. Hence almost all industries generate waste water from industries that needs serious action. So, improper discharge of water can pollute local environment. In many manufacturing industries, by- product can be treated as waste water called “effluent” should be treated before it is released into the environment. Effluent is an outflow of water or gas from a natural body of water, or from a human made structure. Effluent, in engineering, is the stream exiting a chemical reactor. Effluent is defined as treated or untreated waste water that flows out of a treatment, sewage or industrial outlet. So this treatment of waste water i.e. untreated effluent is turned into treated effluent with the help of Effluent Treatment Plant. Clean water is then safely discharged into the environment. Effluent Treatment Plant can be operated with the help of 4 different ways:   Preliminary Treatment – Removal of Solids, oil & Grease.   Primary Treatment- removal of floating &  settable such as suspended solids, organic matter.   Secondary Treatment-Removal of biodegradable organic matter.   Tertiary Treatment- Removal of residual suspended solids, dissolved solids

Deccan Water Treatment Pvt. Ltd. (DWTPL) was integrated in the year 1998. This company was initiated by the first generation entrepreneur technocrat Mr. Anirban Sarkar. DWTPL is a pioneer in manufacturing of RO Systems for drinking water specialized for desalination and arsenic removal by reverse osmosis process. Consecutively our company entered in the field of wastewater treatment and developed Packaged Type Sewage Treatment Plant which has over the time gained immense popularity. Eventually, we trained our employees in recent technological developments in sewage treatment mainly Suspended Media Bio Reactor (SMBR) and Sludge Return Bioreactor (SRBR). Following the exponential growth in the field of water and wastewater treatment during the last 14 years, we have now diversified into a newly emerging area called the SOLAR ENERGY.
