We provide financial consultancy services. the step by step flow of the process will be as per the below sequence only. step1 : client has to submit the kyc documents in the prescribed format, bank statement with two bank officers seal and sign with the rwa letter from bank for mt799 & mt760 issuance. All of these said documents should be current dated and not more than 24 hrs old. step2 : once the above submission is approved ( within 24hrs - 48hrs of step1 ) the fpa (fee protection agreement ) taking care of service charges for the intermediates has to be agreed and signed. an international contract from the trader will be issued with the details about the trader’s company in the sent contract for your acceptance, seal and signature. (digital signatures accepted and valid) step3 : ( within 24hrs - 48hrs of step2 ) client has to email the above international contract completely filled and signed ‘status quo’. step4 : ( within 24hrs - 48hrs of step3 ) the trader on his part will seal and sign the above client’s accepted international contract and email a digital copy of the same to the client. (digital signatures accepted and valid) for the client’s submission of the same to his bank for legal compliance. (legal validity of the international contract is hence established) step5 : ( within 24hrs - 48hrs of step3 and parallel with step 4 ) trader’s bank co-ordinates will be given to the client. (so that the client can first verify the potential of the trader's bank account on a bank to bank basis.) step6 : ( within 24hrs - 48hrs of step5 ) satisfied through step 5 ,the client’s bank should issue mt799 in favor of the coordinated trader’s account. step7 : ( within 24hrs - 48hrs of step6 ) our managing director mr xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx , xxxxxxxxxxx will arrive to bangalore for a face to face meeting and will show the previous occurrence of a successful transaction. step8 : ( within 24hrs of step7 ) once satisfied through step 7 , the client’s bank issues mt760 in favor of the coordinated trader’s account. step9 : the trader acknowledges the receipt of mt760 and will send it’s attested copy of the international contract submitted by the trader to his bank for legal compliance. (legal validity of the international contract is hence established) note : regarding payment schedules of committed profits committed is as below. 1. An advance of 2% of face value of instrument will be paid after the successful verification, authentication and acceptance of the received mt760 ( in time frame of 3 to 5 days from the day of giving mt760). 2. The first week profits will be paid on the 15th day from the day of giving mt760. 3. The balance 39 week profits will be paid on weekly basis, from the day of payment of first week profits. (dates in effect with reference to the day of issuing mt760) 4. At the end of the contract period the mt760 blocking will be relaxed by default and the principal can be reutilized by the client. the above details reveal that the client is not taken blind folded and the appropriate information is provided at the relative stages for the decision making of the client and thus allowing him to willingly proceed to next stages and hence successfully complete the work and get benefited. awaiting your fruitful business and wishing you better profits.
