Over the years we have developed expertise in supply of Weld screws for Robotic application with ZERO PPM. The screws pass through strinent parameter controls required to achieve zero PPM in robotic high speed welding applications.

We specialise in Projected Weld screws/ bolts for various welding applications for sheet metal in various sizes as per customer drawing. Proper selection and processing of special raw material ensures uniform welding and consistent quality.

Uncut Wave spring washers are supplied for special applications in size s from M5 to M8. These wave washers have much more efeective tightening than standard spring washers.

Thin and lock nuts conforming to various Indian / Japanese and DIN standards can be manufactured based on the customer requirement of economically feasible batch quantity.

We have developed & manufacturing special type of force fit stud & presently supplying to Tier 1 customers for carburetor support assembly.

Standard Hexagonal Nuts are available in both standard and fine pitch. The nuts are forged by high speed machine using SAE 1010 cold heading quality material.

A wide rang of Hexagonal Flange nuts are offered both in plain & serrated Bearing surface. The bulk quantity flange nuts can be manufactured as per customer requirements.

Various sizes of Square or rectange head screw / bolts are cold forged without any secondary operations as per customer requirements. We specialise in low thickness heads also.

We manufacture specially designed Square Nuts for meeting clients bulk requirement with zero PPM. These nuts are used in various automotive components such as carburattors, Radiators, mounting applications etc.

We have developed & manufacturing special type of screw which is having dog point & presently supplying to Tier 1 customers having application is various models of tata motors and passenger vehicles.

Spring washers of both flat end and Bent end are supplied as per IS3063 in different surface tratment followed by Hydrogen de-embrittlement.

Socket head cap screws of high quality are supplied in various sizes and length. Socket heads with and without head knurling are available. Socket in class 6.8 also can be supplied.

Grade : DIN912

Socket countersunk screws of various sizes are supplied in class 8.8 to 12.9 class as per DIN7991. For other standards requirement can be taken up if bulk quantity.

Socket Button head cap screws of various sizes are supplied in class 8.8 to 12.9 as per ISO standard. For button head screw as per customer drawing the development activity can be taken up for bulk quantity requirement

We manufacture wide range of cross recess self tapping screws as per Indian Japanese DIN American standards. The heads are formed as Pan head, Round head, Raised Head counter sunk etc. The screws can be supplied without hardening or full hardenig or case hardened as per IS Std.

Hex / Socket / Cross recess screws can be supplied with integrated spring washer alone. For this purpose special spring washer are used having smaller ID. The screws and washer are assembled and then the thread rolling operation is performed so that the washer does never come out of the screw. For all such screws hydrogen de-embittlement operation is performed after surface treatment.

Hex / Socket / Cross recess screws can be supplied with integrated plain / Disk / wave washer. For this purpose special washer are used having smaller ID. The screws and washer are assembled and then the thread rolling operation is performed so that the washer does never come out of the screw.

The above screws can have both plain and spring washers together for class 8.8 and above combination screws, the screws are first heat treated separately, the washers are assemled and thereafter the threadin operation is carried out on the hardent shank. For all such screws hydrogen de-embittlement operation is performed after surface treatment.

Over the years we have gathered expertise in developing very critical and high load bearing Special Weld nuts in various shapes like round, hexagonal, T shape etc. We specialise in meeting clients' critical functional requirement of various type of special weld nuts.

We supply various sizes and types of Pop Rivets for different applications as per customer requirements. Rivets are available in all combinations of Steel and Aluminium material.

All types of above screws can be supplied in different "end shape " like pointing , dog point, chamfered , conical etc. some of the end points are developed through cold forgeing and other shapes are machined individually.

We manufacture wide range of cross recess Machine screws as per Indian/ Japanese/ DIN / American standards. The heads are formed as Pan head, Round head, Raised Head, Truss head etc.

We have developed special paint removal screw as per our design in property class 8.8. This screw is used in assemblies where paint gets accumulated in the inner threads of the nuts during any apray painting operation. The screw has special flutes which removes the paint and allow to screw to be tightened in the nut.
