The D 60 Big Multi-Stage Incubator advances eggs efficiently through the incubation process in a precisely controlled environment. The Poultry Egg incubator can hold two rows of six racks each, and its design allows individual settings of two racks into a progressive unidirectional movement through the incubator cabinet. Continuous operation of the Incubator is simple.Fertilized Chicken Eggs are set twice a week. Every three days, two new racks are rolled into the Egg Incubator, while the existing egg racks are rolled further into the machine. The racks are advanced forward until they are removed from the incubator for transfer to the Egg hatcher. The Egg hatching process , egg incubation takes approximately 21 days period for chickens.First 18 days in egg incubator and last 3 days in egg hatcher.The time is same for every incubator and even for homemade incubator The unique environmental system of the poultry Incubator concentrates conditioned fresh air to cool the oldest eggs, while using the heat and carbon dioxide from the advanced eggs to warm the early developing embryos. The entrance area of the Incubator serves as a mixing chamber, blending fresh air brought in through the automatic intake with conditioned air already in the Chicken Egg Incubator. At the end, powdered by six fans, the air is turned and moved back through the egg racks, traveling over, under and around each egg in the system. This process ensures that each stage of development receives its proper mixture of heat, moisture and carbon dioxide, resulting in an increased production of higher quality day-old chicks. The Incubator is equipped with the dependable HCS microcontroller based controller for accurate monitoring and control of Egg incubator temperature and humidity with the accuracy f 0.1 degree F. Construction The cabinet is double walled with the interior made of 304 Quality Stainless Steel and the exterior of mild steel finished in non-corrosive paint. The walls are insulated with a thick layer of glass wool on all sides including the door frame. A full length inner Plexi Glass door with a latch permits viewing of the chamber without disturbing the test conditions inside the chamber. The outer insulated metal door is fitted with a magnetic gasket and lock. A blower mounted on the top of the chamber with motor located outside, ensures uniformity of the temperature. The entire Unit is mounted on Castor Wheels for easy mobility. Control All controls and indicators are conveniently located on a panel at the top and it is not necessary to open the chamber for adjustments. The panel consists of Voltmeter, Automatic Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller and Indicating Lamps for all switches and a safety fuse device. Cooling & heating A hermetically sealed compressor, coupled with an evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser, assembled in an easily serviceable tray at the bottom provides the cooling for below ambient temperatures. Refrigeration Coil is conveniently placed between the two walls of the inner & outer chamber extending from the top to the back of the working chamber. These coils are covered by an inner wall. The heating is provided through long lasting sealed heaters for temperatures above ambient, conveniently placed inside the working chamber completely shielded for protection against sample spills. Bacteriological incubators These Incubators are the NON-REFERIGERATED versions of the B.O.D. Incubators. They are designed to operate in the temperature range of Ambient plus 5oC to 60oCmaintaining an accuracy of ±O.5oC.
