Steel wheel rims for two wheelers are rolled at Bangalore and Manesar, assembly is done at Hosur, Mysore, Chennai, Nalagarh other than Bangalore and Manesar. The wheel rim plants are equipped with imported wheel forming, dimpling, piercing, spoke tightening and assembly machines and a tri- nickel chrome plating plant.

The plastic injection moulding is done at Bawal, Manesar, Pune, Haridwar and Bengaluru with injection machines ranging from 80 tons to 850 tons catering to the automotive and white goods industry. The Manesar plant is also equipped with Gas Injection Moulding facilities.

Sandhar Tooling Pvt. Ltd. has the capability to produce plastic moulds and Zinc & Aluminium PDC Dies ranging up to 1250 X 1000 mm and 5 tons. Indo Tooling Pvt. Ltd. a joint venture with JBM Group at Indore produces stamping tools ranging up to 3000 X 2400 X 1000 mm, plastic molds Zinc & Aluminium PDC Dies up to 1000 X 900 X 950 mm, forging dies and jigs & fixtures.
