The plates are tightened by different methods like manual capstan type, ratchet type, hand hydraulic and power pack operated hydraulic cylinder. The filter press is available in different size. Filter press can be equipped with either chamber type (recess type) filter plates, plate and frame type filter plates or with membrane type filter plates.
