Working principle: material is feed into the hammer mill from the top and falls into the grinding chamber. The material is contacted by a series of hardened steel hammers rotating at high speed. The material is ground by repeated contact with these hammers, contact with the walls of the grinding chamber, and particle to particle contact. The material remains in the hammer mill grinding chamber until particles become small enough to pass through the perforated screen that covers the bottom half of the grinding chamber. Rotation of out of balance top weight causes vibration in horizontal plane whereas the rotation of lower weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane. Working principal: the motivation is through vibrating motor with extended shaft, fitted at both ends with eccentric weights .the top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the center of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.     WORKING PRINCIPLE: The raw material to be pulverized enters into grinding chamber through the hopper and automatic rotary feeder. The impact of the hammer on the feed material against the liner plates reduces it into fine powder.
