Use a round C.I. / M.S. washer and machine the faces to match the heights. Applications For use on Lathes, Shapers, Planer Machines, etc. for operations like Cylindrical External & Internal Grinding, Face / Radius / Surface Grinding. Spindle Made from alloy steel suitably heat treated and precision ground. Precision preloaded bearings used. Standard Accessories Tool Post Grinder is delivered complete with sturdy guards, motor / spindle pulleys, belts and grinding wheel. Electric motor supplied only against request at extra cost. External Grinder Price includes the cast iron mounting body whereas the internal grinding attachment price does not include the cast iron body.   Precautions Rotate the external spindle only in the direction indicated by the arrow. Horizontal models of Tool Post Grinders are required to be mounted between job / work piece and operator. Vertical modesl of Tool Post Grinders can be mounted beyond the job / work piece.

The keyway milling attachment can be used to mill keyways on shafts mounted between centers on a lathe. The Attachment is mounted on the lathe tool post and the end mill on the ¾" Drill Chuck. The attachment is supplied without electric motor. The Motor Pulley and the Spindle pulley are supplied along with the attachment. This attachment can also be used to mill or drill holes or slots on jobs mounted on a lathe chuck keeping the lathe chuck stationary. Motor : Use 0.5 HP 3 Phase 1440 rpm Electric motor. Spindle Speed: 570 & 1080 rpm
