PTC stands for "Positive Temperature Coefficient". PTC thermistors are resistors with a positive temperature coefficient, which means that the resistance increases with increasing temperature. PTC thermistors have a non-linear resistance/temperature response, and at a specified temperature the resistance changes rapidly to a very high value. PTC thermistors act as thermal protection for electrical machines, and are well known particularly as motor-protectors. We are manufacturing PTC Thermistors as per international standards DIN 44081, 44082 and BS EN 60034-11:2004.   They are available with or without insulating sleeve and have flexible connecting leads. Many electrical motor & generator manufacturers are using Our PTC sensors.We can supply PTC thermistors with customized connections and leads as per customer requirements. We are manufacturing Simples as well as Triplex PTCs. Their Compact size makes them easy to use for assembly into windings.

We are manufacturing PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene) insulated wire or Teflon wires as per JSS 51034 & MIL 16878 – D. These wires are specially designed for the internal wiring of high reliability electrical & electronic equipment. These wires have following properties:- High Temperature resistance High Electrical resistance Higher reliability Fire (flame) proof Resistant to Chemicals, Acids, Sunlight, Moisture & Corona Good flexibility Hook up wire type:- Type ET: -Type ET wire is intended for use in low voltage, high temperature applications. It is considered suitable for use up to a maximum of 250 volts RMS. Type E: - Type E wire is intended for high temperature applications and is considered suitable for use up to a maximum of 600 volts RMS. Type EE: - Type EE wire is intended for high temperature applications and is considered suitable for use up to a maximum of 1000 volts RMS.

These types of RTDs are used in measuring the temperature of the winding of the Motor and Generator. They are placed in the slot available in the stator-winding core.
