The machine consists of a rotating vessel made of perforated sheet rotating at a speed of 1100 RPM approx. The speed can be adjusted as required by changing the pulley. By centrifugal force, the water/liquid is removed within seconds. The liquid can be collected from the drain pipe. Brake system is provided to stop the vessel after the motor is switched off to save time. The rotating vessel is either fixed or removable as required .In case of removable vessel model, the material to be dried is fed directly into the vessel whereas in case of fixed vessel, the material is put in bags made of nylon net & the bag is fed into the vessel. The machine is useful for washing RAISIN to remove greasiness & get luster. Also used for washing potato chips before frying to remove greasiness& remove the excess water which affects the crispiness of chips. Also used for drying of rice after washing for use in food products. It is useful in herbal products for extracting juice from herbs & many other industries for extracting liquid or drying.
